On the bench near the OSR headquarters a variety of holy items symbolizing Bhaal are laid out carefully. Behind the OSR headquarters, somewhat near the gibberlings cave a circle of blood can be seen. Inside the circle is a human skeleton surrounded by ash.

Cyrus see the items as he is returning from the shops in Candlekeep. He immediately requests guards to post beside the bench until the commander can be located and informed. No one is to touch the items, including Cyrus, below the rank of Knights General.
Cyrus then calls upon several knights to company him as he patrols the ground. Finding the remains behind the keep, Cyrus again requested the guards to post and not let anyone under the rank of Knights General approach until the commander has been informed.

*Haeman continues to patrol the north and decides to rest. As he sits there his new friend flying high above a messenger rushed towards him. The man obviously having had to brave the dangers of the area seems disheveled and frantic. Haeman smiles kindly as the man without a word hands him a letter and runs off before he can even say hello. Haeman opens the letter and reads,, his eyes widen and he rushes toward the Order's Keep.
Haeman holds his side a bit as he writes at his deck after speaking with Lady Elvina. He then crumples up the paper knowing a letter will not suffice and heads of to seek out Lady Angelina. As he exits the room he stumbles holding his side and the wound that has not healed, his mind racing as visions of his past lives clutter his mind. He shakes under the strain and blinks. Frand never had a daughter!. His eyes wide and his head beaded with sweat he picks up his wig which had fallen to the floor and breath heavily. Something was very wrong... He pulls out the paper that the letter to him was on that told him of things and reread it. Something wasn't right.
He then hurries to the arena and places it within one of the magical circles and takes a few steps back. Taking a deep breath he raises his hands to cast then flinches holding his side where the wound was.. pulling his hand away he sees the crimson color of his blood as it coats his fingers. He takes another breaht knowing he will have to go to the infirmary but begins to cast. His holy symbol glows and the blast of greater dispellnig magic hits the Letter in the magical circle.. He takes a few ponderous steps towards the circle, and with hazy eyes looks at the letter. The words have changed and are that of a spell. Haeman doesn't have time to read what spell as darkness takes him and he crashes to the ground.....*

Re: The Order of the Silver Rose rp
*The undead explodes and Haeman sees the man with the ram horn hat run off chewing on a human leg as he goes. He shakes his head chasing after him through the ruins of the Rodan Cemetery on the island he once was on. He turns a corner of a crypt and all goes black. He blinks when the light hits him again and he sees an arrow flying through the air, and an eagle soaring high above he turns and the light fills his vision and when it passes he is on a boat, looking over the railing at the sea below. These are what pass through his head as he lays in the bed in the OSR infirmary. His wounds and loss of blood causing him to slip into a coma.*

Re: The Order of the Silver Rose rp
Knight Warrant Gina Waynn leaves a report for lady Elvina before retiring for the night:
Lady Elvina,
Much has been going on with me lately. Since I came back from patrol with sir Uriel I have been spending time in our library reading what I could about the drow and the underdark. I would also like to discuss this subject at greater length at our next meeting for our order.
Also, just a while ago today, after coming back to the keep from patrol, I went to the medical room to speak to the cleric there when I noticed, to my surprise, sir Haeman lying on a bed gravely wounded! I spoke to him about what happened and why. I could not understand all that he said in his wounded condition, but it has to do with being wounded by an undead and being deceived by an enchantment, and he feels he needs to make his way to Cormyr for some reason. He also wanted me to tell you that Frand didn't actually have a daughter, that it was just a deceiving enchantment.
Sir Haeman also said that the thing that could help him break free of his gaes is to have 3 clerics together, along with himself, to cast the spell Remove Curse on him. A ritual of some sort, actually. Perhaps I can help with this. I am not an official cleric of Selune, but being a favored of her, I can read divine scrolls and cast from them. I will purchase a few scrolls of Remove Curse and ask that you would allow me to help the clerics do what is needed to break this gaes from sir Haeman.
Also, right after I was finished with my visit with sir Haeman in the medical room, I heard a knock at the door and went to see who it was. An elven warrior lady was there. She looked like the descriptions I have read of drow, but she was entirely kind and civil and acted like the elves here on the surface. I did not sense an evil aura from her or any such thing. Her name is Qilue Rahn and she says that her aunt is lady Tara of our order, whom she was looking for. She also wishes to join our order, so I gave her a copy of the Code of Conduct which she read and agreed to. I am supposing she will eventually meet with you and the two of you can speak concerning this.
Kindest regards,
Gina Waynn

Re: The Order of the Silver Rose rp
Haeman stirs and moans as light breaks. He looks around his eyes burning from the light as if he had no used them in a long time. His armor is off and he can tell he is in a bed as he tries to look around. Foots steps sound and he looks off into the bright room made fuzzy by his eyes trying to focus. “Sir Haeman, what are you doing in here? Are you alright?” Lady Gina asks of him.
He tries to speak his mouth dry as he closes it to moisten his tongue and tries again speaking very quietly. “I have a wound that would not heal after a skeleton stabbed me when i was not paying attention and a spell upon me. I thought Frand had a daughter but he did not... I tried to remove a spell on a letter I… received and..” He continued taking a breath to steady himself. “I must have blacked out.”, finishes.
“Is there anything I can do?”, Gina asks with concern in her voice.
“I.. I believe both Lady Elvina and I were wrong.. We spoke of my leaving and why.. and.. I believe someone wants me to leave the region. This is more than simply wanting me to go to a place, but to remove me. Please inform Lady Elvina of this..”, He says as his head begins to swim and he reaches to his side to hold the bandaged wound at his side.
Gina nods looking worried and offers a kind smile as he continues so many things he wants to say but knowing he may not be conscious much longer, “You need to find three divine casters to cast a combined remove curse spell upon me.. You will also need..”, He pauses as the room begins to spin and darkness begins to take him once again. As the world goes black he can hear Gina promising to do everything she can to help him as his mid drifts and his last thoughts are of Angelina when the darkness finally takes him…….

A brown-cloaked figure walks up to the guards under the rain. One of the guards meets him as he nears the archway, inquiring about the purpose of his visit. The man holds his hand clasping a rolled up parchment, to the guard.
"I am Lambe Arkolyn", he offers as a greeting. "I found this hanging on your lamp post. I thought you might want to relay what's written on it to your superiors before the rain claims the ink." The guard takes the parchment and reads the message as the ranger gives the other sentry a nod, heading back on his way along the Tradeway.
The message, with slightly faded ink, reads "You will all burn when it is most dark...."

The wagon driver, and son, both point north down the Tradeway, towards where anyone in the region would know that the keep of the Order of the Silver Rose sits.
The man—with son confirming as well—goes on to describe an image of utter terror.
"I had just made it within a stones throw of the keep when I saw a man standing there at the road, alone. Then, me eyes saw a great flame rise high up the walls, burning and waving in the wind...then, it was gone...like it wasn't even there...and then the man, he gone into thin air as well!"
The man and son keep saying the story over and over, trying to convince anyone that would listen to their story...true or not...
...but one thing that does come across, is a very detailed picture of what they both say they did witness...

Re: The Order of the Silver Rose rp
*the dreams come faster and more often as Haeman lays in the bed forgotten. The only company the Cleric that resides in the infirmary. Did someone visit him? Is he awake? He isn't sure of any of it. He opens his eyes and squints the light harsh to his unused eyes once again. He remembers gina coming to visit him and he telling her the things he had muddled out. Something else was needed, he had forgotten to tell Gina something. He lay there letting his eyes adjust to the light as he thinks hard on what it could be. If he could only read the letter he got. Perhaps it was in the commanders office. He thinks about that, yes it would be and more than likely being studied by the others. Just when he is about to give up on it the answer comes to him as it always seems to do when you stop trying too hard. He knows that he must get to his room. Looking around he notices the no one is around as he tries to sit up.
The air smells of healing supplies and a faint whisk of jasmine. Holding the side of the bed he turns over on his side and kicks his feet out onto the ground. He must find that letter he thinks to himself. If he can get it he can have whoever comes have an idea of what to do to help.
He finally gets an unsteady foot under him and prepares for the hard part. Trying to stand. His muscles ache and it feels like pin pricks of needles in his arms and legs as he uses them. He had only been laying down for… well he can’t determine but it must be the spell affecting him causing such pain and sickness. After a few tries he gets upright using one hand on his back and the other on the bed frame to stedy himself and stretches sore and unused muscles and ligaments. Grabbing the wall nearby he guides himself with a hand to steady him as he makes his way into the main room and then upstairs. Looking more like a 90s V8 juice commercial he leans against the wall and walks until he finally makes it to his room. He opens his door and enters as he wonders where everyone is. He tells himself he should read the bulletin board when he gets a chance. Over the years many knights have fallen to strange magics and illnesses and the Order always pooled together to aid. He remembers the sword, the kidnapping of the children, the curse upon the former commander, how they all worked together to heal him while so much was going on. They knew, an Order is strongest when united. He smiles a bit to himself knowing he was in good hands.
He sits in the chair in front of his desk heavily and looks at the neatly organized desktop. Every paper stacked, the quil set just right, everything in right angles and centered or in a place of equal distance. Order even in the smallest things is a good exercise. He doesn't even need to rifle through the papers as he know exactly where what he seeks is. The paper is 7 down from the top and on the 3rd stack in from the left. Pulling the paper out he looks at it intently. This is what he needed, now to find someone to give it to.
He looks at his nice bed and frowns. The Cleric downstairs would have a fit if he slept up here and wasn't in the infirmary when she got back. Everyone has to sleep sometimes so Haeman assumed it had to be late at night and knowing the Cleric she would be in to check and he would get all sorts of side eye looks. He smiles at that, the Cleric always dutiful. With effort he stands and begins the long travel back to the infirmary, the letter clasped in his hand.
The lights in the keep always maintained a stedy glow which as he stood leaning against the wall to catch his strength he found himself wondering about. The rooms always clean and neet, and the arranged plants always watered. He then smiles slowly at how its the little things in life that one misses when they are not careful enough to look around. His mind drifts as he leans there to times when it felt like the world was always in peril. This leads him to wonder who would want him to leave the region and head so far away? A smart Demon, Devil or Undead may very well try such a thing and have the magical prowess to cast such spells. He decides he should try to take a look at the bulletin board as maybe something is going on that has all of the Order absent. Something had to be gravely wrong.
Haeman continues on and abesently holds his side as the pain has begun to become much more pronunced as if it was on fire. He looks at his hand and makes a face. He must have torn his stitches yet again his hand stained with his own blood. "Hello? Anyone here?" He tries to say though it comes out more akin to someone with laryngitus. He begins hitting the wall with the flat of his hand to try to get someones attention. He begins to head towards the infirmary as fast as he can. The not in his hand smeering a bit with blood as opens the door to the infirmary mostly by using his body weight leaning against it. As he enters the kindly Cleric having come to check on him turns and watches as Haeman falls face first to the floor below him a piece of papyrus in his hand.......*

As he enters the kindly Cleric having come to check on him turns and watches as Haeman falls face first to the floor below him a piece of papyrus in his hand.......*

Re: The Order of the Silver Rose rp
*Uriel frowns deeply as he saves through report after report of the recent activities. He quickly posts a memo for all the Knights and Squires.*
Brothers and Sisters,
Given all that has been transpiring, I will remind you all to stay diligent on your patrols. When at all possible travel together or with our trusted allies. Keep your detection wards up at all times, as well as your traveling wards. Ensure to continue to report any unusual encounters.
*he signs and dates the memo*
*As Uriel heads downstairs to post the memo he hears a commotion from the infirmary. He comes to the side of the cleric and helps her get Haeman back into bed. He then sends word for Lady Gina and Lady Tara to report to him immediately.*

Re: The Order of the Silver Rose rp
*Lady Angelina hears the news and heads back to the Keep with haste from her patrols in the city and northern roads. She bursts into the infirmary when she gets there and rushes to his side weeping silently as she looks him over. She calls upon the power of Tyr and trys to lay her hands on him to heal him. She sits by his side day and night caring for him and wipeing his brow with a cool cloth. At times she can be seen sleeping with her head on his chest as she sits by his side.*
