A messager is handing you a note that some moon elf gave him and looked really interested in buying some weapon.
In a note made out of some blank spell scroll is a strange description of a dagger that drains blood and an interest in purchasing this weapon signed by "Feery Mal'fer".
Messenger asks about some appropriate time this person could visit you.

*while visiting the market, he reads the note and replies with a writing on a stone tablet as a sign of Grumbar worshipper* "i will be at the Radiant Heart Chapterhouse if you wish to visit, preferably bring some interesting trade with you".

The Grumbar merchant is seen discussing about terms with the elven man. final decision is hard to make but maybe further discussion might make it worthwhile

he apologize to the woman hence the trade cannot be made successful.
in the mean time, he traded both his ring and consigned a robe towards Landry Carter until the full trade can be commenced

The discussion between Krueger and the silver-haired Elf continues for some time, with the latter frowning and shaking his head from time to time as he points at a pair of rune-covered boots and shows off a well-made shortsword.

After a while though it becomes evident that that the Elf is no match for Krueger at bargaining, and he grudgingly places a belt and several plant-like items on the table next to the boots.

Still, he walks away obviously happy with the trade, holding his new-found axe as if afraid it may disappear on the trail back to Greenest.

*After giving his handaxe for the boot and belt, Krueger points to another merchant(Aurali) for the Elf to see* "there, that person might have the bracer(universal saves +3) you are looking for."

*he then traded the boot he got from Silverleaf to Aaron, while bringing some new things to the table*
