No, they can be taken on any level, but you can only take one. Sadly, since those are, in fact, vanilla feats(which never went into production), they are blackboxed, so it came as a surprise to us too.

Ok good but problem went to level, general feat level as well I believe and the option was not there to take. Any idea? I have not taken one at all.

What is your current level? Then i can test it with qc toon.

Hmmm. I just made a test QC sorc, leveled it from 1 to 30 and had Extra Skill feats available at every feat pick (didn't pick em).

Yeah, i had able learner on him, no issues. Can you please PM me your PC classes and class spread? I will check more precisely then.


Upd. It seems that Skilled UP is mutually exclusive with any background feats. Thus, getting any of background feats on lvl 1 or by cleric domains blocks player from taking Skilled Up feat.

I was dumb and put them in the Background feats category. I've moved them to the Skills and Saves category. This should allow you to both take Extra Skills separately of Background feats, as well as allow you to take multiple Extra Skill feats.

Next patch. Will see if we can get it in some time over this coming week.

Also, thanks to KOPOJIbPAKOB, all the Extra Skill feats will have new icons.

1. Druids and Monks
Druids and monks are now permitted to multiclass freely again. The mechanical issues that the combination was banned for are no longer an issue due to other changes that have been made, so this combination is allowed again.

Amazing change! What are the other changes that made this possible?

Monk Wisdom AC does not work in shifted forms anymore.

If it works like the Phantom AC works then it will be capped by your level.

Correct, as far as I know.
