Much appreciation and well-earned thank you shout-out to DM Bloodvine, who even though I warned them to not mess with Dwarves, put together a small-but-great storyline for my character Simsae, who can develop from out this experience in-game. Cheers BV!

Thanks to the DM team and the players that make this world feel alive and together, great stories and a lot of fun. And also to the developers and builders, media team and everyone else working hard for something that makes them passionate.

I bow to you!

BTW, nice job on the update to the Crystal Frost Castle area.

Cool story (pun!), and some greater sense of challenge/doom.

I solo’d it anyway! LOL. But it almost got my PC good, and had I actually something to worry about—my PC being 30 and thus fail proof—I would have been on the seat of my pants!

But what gives with the Frost Mages summoning a Goristor?!? You’ve been reading Fire & Ice lately or something?!?

Still though...chapeau!!

Thank you to everyone who helped out with the Shieldmeet festival! It was hectic and confusing at times, but I hope people enjoyed themselves! A thank you as well for everyone who attended! :D

My appreciation to Neonuggs (Telgrith Rinn) and FULLM00N (Mia Half-Apple) for what felt like a classic D&D party adventure tonight.

I’m not big on personal name dropping Thank Yous—except for when it’s totally warranted.

So I’ll keep it abstract: Thank You to those long time investment members of this Community, who in their various Roles keep the Server a good/rich/open/inviting place to have a solid D&D RP experience.

You guys and gals know who you are. Whether it’s the “known” You, or your alt You (which is just how sometimes we need to play in order escape the Haterz).

Cheers. The more Yous, the better!!

This week I retired my first BGTSCC character Boris Vyacheslav AKA 'Bueroza', the villain through whose eyes I learned nearly all I know of our server.

I take a moment to share my appreciation to our community. I thank you for the five or so years of storytelling and memories, the highs and lows, RP, Adventure and Intrigues. I thank those who have played his Friends, Frenemies and Enemies. I really enjoyed the journey. And though retiring Boris wasn't on my radar at all, the "once in a lifetime" opportunity for a fitting end was simply too perfect to pass up when it presented itself.

I'd like to extend a special thanks to the Thayan Enclave faction for their warm welcome to the server in the beginning. I acknowledge the Banite factions and evil personalities of the North who made up the 'meat' of this character's storytelling experiences and social network (you're all good people). And a special thanks to the Zhentarim faction and allies for their fond farewell at the end. I especially thank DM SummerBreeze for the plotline I quite stumbled into with Bueroza which spelled his doom (or salvation...). I feel truly honored and at times have been moved by the efforts everyone made in the past weeks to send him off well.

Boris was one of the first characters I met on the server when I started playing Wren years ago- and I have been honored to be a part of his journey, from being friends, to enemies- yet never truly having total emnity. I am glad you found the perfect way to retire him properly- the best part about a compelling story is knowing that at some point, it must end, and a new one begin. Thank YOU, Darra, for always being AAA quality RP and one of the most welcoming souls on this server.

Also, thank you for setting me on fire last night. It's the perfect way to begin RPing again. :D

I want to take the time to give a big shout out to the people, whom have put a lot of time and energy into helping me prepare for a big character driven event going down early in the new year. As well as shape that character through RP, and make it enjoyable to play.

DM Boo
Your willingness to go above and beyond in preparing for this event is truly inspiring. You have, without fail, answered all my questions, and contributed ideas of your own to help flesh out the upcoming event.

Not only have you been a great help in preparing for that event; you also took the time and effort to prepare a small personal event for this past Friday. An event that will no doubt tie into the big event next year.

Athornforyourheart
You are a wizard when it comes to creature models. The work you have done for the custom creature(s) to be used in the big event next year is beyond amazing. I was stunned when DM Boo showed them to me. Thank you for taking the time to do this.

Valefort
Speaking of wizards. Thank you for helping me get started in the NWN2 Toolset, and providing some creature examples. Without your help I would never have been able to create the custom creatures for my character's event. The server is blessed to have you.

Hydros aka Alarielle Nulei'ren
It has been a long time coming, but you have never stopped organizing the efforts for my character's event. The work done both IG and OOC to put the group together has been immense. Thank you sticking with it, even when the work was frustrating.

And lastly, but certainly not least...

InsomnesCanis aka Lylan'Synor Syr'Asiryn
What a ride it has been for our two characters! Just when I think I've finally got a good grip on who Lylan is, you pull something completely new out of the hat, and reveal so much more depth. Depth that not only makes sense, but fits her so character so well.

You continue to surprise me. Just like you did during the small event set up by Boo this past Friday. To say that I am eagerly looking forward to more RP in the coming year is a gross understatement.

Thank you!
