There are also some people picking silly names in less known languages, but they forget (or don't even care) that some of us understand those languages. There's a guy simply named Careca running around lately. That means bald in portuguese.

I'm also somewhat guilty of this, by the way, having named my wolf companion Fiambre, which means ham. :D I was too sleepy at the time I got the animal companion feat and wanted to go to bed quickly, so I just typed the first thing that came into my mind, but I never summon him for that reason.

i actualy think he already got his named changed 1 time, i recall it was "bark" (or something like that).

After we made these new characters together and got to about level 8, a DM made him change it. My brother then tells me "screw this, I'm going back to Amia". I'm not really a fan of the name-Nazi thing... especially when there are plenty of people logged on and seen by the DMs who have names that are just as much "in violation of the rules".
you do know this is an RP server (or they claim so) and not a MMO!

you can take a screen of it (good idea to hit the P and take it there, so they can also see the log on) and send to them, to help them out. They cant see them all.

Umm, cool story bro. My brother has a character named Ethren Awsem in Amia. Amia is a NWN1 role-playing server.
