+1. This map is an awesome tool. Really, great job man!

My playing time has dropped down to next to nothing, and since my trial expired for Adobe Photoshop CS5.1 I was wondering if anyone would like to continue the map once new areas get added in. I can email you the file as well as instructions for adding to the map. PM me or post here if you're interested.

And I just wanted to say thank you to the UD community. You guys are a great group of players and I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent down there as Gharu and Dur'ssysn

Cant wait to meet you down there again man, you will be missed. I am afraid I am disastrous with Photoshop :S

Underdark-ians,
As some of you know, nwnolan stopped playing NWN2 (I however, just learned that). That means that the UD map hasn't been updated since November 10, 2011.

I contacted him and he sent me the only lasting digital file from the map, and that itself is only the final but very large jpg.

So, I've taken up the mantle of mapmaker, to continue on with the map, while I can.

However, my UD toon is not of experience to traverse all the UD areas...and live to tell the tale...or should I say, make the map.

Therefore, I need some help taking screen shots of all areas newer than 11/10/12. These need to be taken from the big map (key M), and uploaded/sent to me. Then, I can update the map accordingly. Something like this:

How many new areas are there in the UD since the last update (November)? I've noticed Varalla's Passage has been redone, and I've heard there's an Illithid City now? And I'd imagine some of the areas on the map have been updated with the whole epic storyline.

I'm pretty sure the DM's don't want a map of the Netherese Ruins floating around. That said I don't think it's a problem if you have it for personal use.

Ya, I suppose you are right. I have had many people ask me to make one. It is a critical area of transition, and probable needs to stay illusive.

So where is the entrance to the surface world?

Through the Netherese Maze.
