Besides that issue of the events spanning the weekend, the time chosen is rather late on the east coast.

I agree with Aelcar that delaying it might make sense under the circumstances. I would be glad to join with either my arcanist (Guilhem) or my divine (Alienor) if a suitable time and date for this hunt can be arranged.

Yes, add Shur to the list as a scout, botanist, healer, and warder... However, i too would suggest to move the time, considering the battle with the Alhoon is imminent.
