I did item, creature creation as well as DMing for Thesk. I still have my selection of custom summoning creatures for a system if its made.

I would like to be a DM if that is possible.

I don't have a whole lot of experience, but I learn fast and I have some ideas that I think would make the server more fun.

I would like to expand PvP by playing disposable characters. Quite often it gets boring playing against computer controlled characters. Playing against a human controlled character is more fun because humans are not predictable.

These disposable characters would be part of criminal organizations or they might be political figures for assassination, or maybe just simple thugs along the highway demanding money from people.

I can handle NPC conversation creating and interior building well.

However, before I offer up my services I'd like to let you know I will be gone for about 9-10 weeks starting the 2nd of February.

If you need help with anything smallish I could handle before that time I would be glad to lend a hand!

I'll post here again once I am actively playing after that absence too, just to let you know I'm ready for more serious work!

Have to be honest: I have no idea how to use the Toolset.

HOWEVER, I am a decent writer, and am actually working on a Forgotten Realms book with my father. I can provide a link to it if you'd like.

Because I enjoy writing and visualizing things for story lines, I could write up different tales for the Dms to look at and perhaps implement should they so choose. Let me know if I can be of use.

BTW: Epic job on capturing the Sword Coast. The Friendly arm Inn looks like I dreamed it did while I was playing through BG1.

I'd like to apply for DM status

I have actually been avoiding this for quite awhile since I know from previous experience that DMs have little peace while online as players....or atleast we had little peace as such in nwn1 doubt it's changed with nwn2.

So why apply now?

Because I can't stand by and watch idly any longer, I think half the time I could do just aswell and even in some "few" cases better, and because I as veteran player on the server know what is actually needed to make this place as epic as it can be.

DMship for me would require me to brush off a few skills I haven't used in 2 or 3 years, aside from Pen & paper I've DM'ed the nwn-HeavyRP-permadeath-servers like Warhammer TNA, DM ship for me serverwise would in general mean more occasional events for those of us based in the GMT timezone...which is currently lacking, and it may even mean a few more events for those in EST.

It will also mean that groups actually RPing will get more rewards.

This is what I have to offer and beyond that I make no promises except that any whiners may find themselves in the back of a DM cave with a hungry buffed up dragon between them and the exit and the promise that if they make it past the dragon, which is unlikely- none have made it past so far, I may consider giving an ounce of attention to their request.

I know some other languages as well but couldn't see them being remotely useful to the cause everything I listed I have schooling in and at least some experience. I know some things are handled through a database and I would be most interested in that and Photoshop; My tablet is just screaming for me to bust it out again! I would also be interested in writing scripts that would add features not scripts as in events.

I have recently started going back to school but I'm on summer break and not planning on getting a job so I will have a lot of free time during the summer. When school starts back up my schedule is a bit more sketchy.

Do you want interiors just decorated with dynamic objects or do you want them with the Legend Spawn/Loot scripting all filled in as well? I will assume that all ambient sound and lighting to be part of the dynamic build.

Most builder just work of area's. Not the spawns or the loot.
Although a few can actually do everything.

A complete area is like you mentioned, it must have placables, sounds, lighting, etc.

So if you want to help us with building in that regards, let me know.

Hello BG:TSCC,

I've decided it's time to take a stab at replying to your request for help.
I'm currently a student studying Web Design and have been an avid D&D enthusiast since the days of Thaco and Armor Class going in the OPPOSITE direction

I've played everything from AD&D to Shadowrun and Battletech. I've been playing MUDS for going on 10+ years now and prefer roleplaying environments over PvP. I have an overactive imagination but as I am looking towards a career, I am certainly happy to assist with any technical aspects that my skillset may apply to. While inexperienced with actual game design, I'm an able learner and a willing student.

My goal here is twofold - To assist in whatever capacity I may, and have fun doing it, and to add to my portfolio for future career options(looking to work in the gaming industry when I finish school).

This isnt much help to you folks short term but after I complete my University Degree (Training to be a penetration tester) I would be willing to help with NPC scripting, I know roughly how to design areas but I will blitz the toolset for 3 months to make sure I am not a burden to you folks.

And others but not really relevant to post them all. Note this is more a post just to bump your topic so to speak and considering I am barely on the server I cant expect any kind of trusted task. Just bear me in mind longterm as I dont have the time at the momment, I can just see you folks have something special here and hope you can get the people to make it go from strength to strength

I need to get some playing experience for some 6 months at least, just wishing you all the best of luck with it. (So take this as merely a post bump for the time being)
