That does seem quite broken...
@Isen: Perhaps it has to do with A: Range, B: Will save(Not noticed/not recorded client side) or C:Lag.
Im thinking its something to do with Lag and the server tring to comprehend the request. If you could see the timestamps for when you cast Bloodwalk vs when the rejected notice on the other end happened, it might help in determining where the issue is. It seems, however, that the skill, in part anyway, reaches the desired target but there is no prompt like there is with the party system... Unless that is what is causing the issue. a conflict. Just a thought.
Also, always wondered what happens to the Bloodmages gear/loot in that form? Does it get added to the target during movement or is it just nulled......Which might also be an issue....
