Celduil does not make an appearance at the shrine. If someone saw her standing there on their way past, they could choose to tell her what is going on.

Any attempts to contact Celduil are probably going to fail, as he is out of the region. (Depending on how the contact was made).

((Somehow I missed this. Eowiel would have made every effort to find Celduil and the others if her messge was not received by standard means..
