Gloin waits patiently as the bids are accepted and frowns.
"I'll offer yeh 850 trade bars fer that amulet then. Been searchin' far the long for one o' those."

"Alright..." the air genasi seems a bit disappointed.
"I'll make you a different offer, it is for the cloak, especially. Either 200'000 gold pieces, or a trade... What are you expecting for the items I'm interested in? Perhaps these boots, like the ones you have here... and some gold? Master dwarves, I need to go, I'll be back to check what is possible, or leave a message at the Mudd's in the Palace District I'll check before coming back."
He gives a smile and leaves.
/// mix of 200k / boots of Etherealness for Cloak +3 AC, +3 Universal Saves and/or other items. You can PM me for details about this, or possible trades, like what kind of item properties you're looking for.

*Koryeneer looks at the dwarf*
Indeed well then! Let me lay it all out for you to appraise then.
*Koryeneer begins to layout all of the wagons content in a neat orderly fashion each piece in its own quadrant for appraisal and full tally of bid*
////It will take me some time to compile the full list. I can either post it again on this thread the full list or PM it in a tell up to you at this point.

Re: Grand Trade Wagon of the Goldhands - Baldur's Gate
*recalling the last time he traded with the dwarven folk, and their reluctance to show any reaction to a bid deemed unworthy, the horribly scarred man compiles a list of every item he has stashed away, even those of uncertain worth, and presents it to the merchants...*
I have had nothing but honorable trades with yer kind, good dwarfs. Therefore I will raise my bid to 450,000 coin, plus anything from this list that you feel would make my offer acceptable, fer this finely crafted and obviously enchanted warhammer ((+4 EB, d4 Fire Damage))... even if it is all I have. I trust that you will trade fairly if you do choose this last offer, for I have nothin more.

"Aye, I expected as much from stouts of a clan called Goldhands. So that ye become richer still...I'll raise me offer to the fine Woodland Ring plus 500,000 in coin value for the pair of items: Kama and dexterous ring. "Karond wrote:
"Ye have an interesting ring, a valuable trade asset. However, it is not comparable to the item ye wish to procure from the trade. We do need to see the bid substantially raised to take an interest. As for the ring, we would accept a 300.000 coin offer as fair.".

Cecilia awaits a response to her bids, raising the bid on the shield by fifty bags if it is not deemed a satisfactory amount.Hidennka wrote:Following her routine morning walk along the docks of the gate, appreciating it's sights and smells - particularly more so with the depletion of the plague - Cecilia branches out to soon discover the Grand Sale commencing from the back of the wagon. Intrigued, she steps closer, her purple cloak billowing out behind her with the approach. After gazing with no small wonder over the items displayed, she approaches the dwarves and bows with fist over heart.
"I greet you, Master Dwarves." the blonde woman greets with a warm expression, gloved fingers flowing loosely through the air in the direction of the wares. "You have an utterly splendid variety of items, I must say. There are two in particular which have caught my attention, however. This rather exquisite shield. . ." she gestures to the appropriate piece with an appraising nod. "And the belt that seems quite strong in it's weave. I would offer you respectively, one hundred bags for the former and fifty for the latter."
Cecilia smiled warmly, clasping her hands neatly behind her back as she waited for their response.

Re: Grand Trade Wagon of the Goldhands - Baldur's Gate
Remaining dressed in her battle regalia Sveta makes strides from her stall to the Dwarven Wagon carrying with her the Simbulmyn bracers that were on display at her stall. There is still a trace of the vigor on her features as she addresses the dwarves manning the wagon with a respectful bow of her head.
"Hail. I trust Karond Goldhand, or his associates can be found here. A bid was placed, signed with his name, an exchange of these bracers for a belt that bolsters one's strength. I have accepted his offer and hope to make the transaction here, if suitable.
The belt will serve me well in the upcoming tournament in which I do hope there is a dwarven representation. I am sure your kin will be able to teach the Everwatch much in the art of wielding a shield."
She motions to the necklace of natural armor +3.
"I wish also to make bid of twenty trade bars upon this necklace."
