So from what I'm gathering, these dieties should allow Rangers and it's just not implimented into this server yet. If I can find the ranger I'll tell him that he should worship whatever diety he wants and to ignore what his character sheet says for now, until it's allowed.
And thanks everyone for your help

One thing that is specifically mentioned in the Forgotten Realms campaign setting is that rangers (and druids) must worship a patron deity of nature to receive spells. So if a drow ranger wants to worship Lolth or any other non-nature deity, the ranger simply would not have access to spells. There are non-casting versions of rangers in a couple different D&D source books so this concern could possibly be resolved by the creation of an alternate non-casting ranger class where any deity is able to be selected.

That is the reason why the hunter class was decided to be implemented

This is false. Druids must have a nature deity. Rangers usually
prefer (that is the word used) the same deities, but may choose others. And there is evidence of this in for instance Dove Falconhand, who is a ranger of Mystra, as well as sources saying for instance (as grymhild has pointed out) that Eilistraeen clerics sometimes multiclass as rangers.

This is page 26 of the FR Campaign setting. Thanks for the reminder, DG. I'm old, I forget things.

Even Bane grants ranger spells. I can dig that post out later if someone wants it.

So, one of the problems is that the 3e/3.5 FRbooks are inconsistent and contradictory as to who rangers can follow.
Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting, p. 26 wrote:
Unlike clerics, druids, and paladins, Faerûnian rangers do not have to choose a patron deity until they reach 4th level and aquire divine spellcasting ability (without a patron deity, rangers cannot cast spells). Many rangers choose a patron deity before then, but others start by devotion to the ranger's way of life instead of to one of the gods. Rangers and druids have similar preferences for deities, although some rangers with odd interests (such as hunting undead) choose different patrons.
Edit: lol, Alsarias beat me to it.
There is one place that I can find (there may be others, if anyone knows where they are, I'd like to know about them.) to support the counter argument that there aren't any Eilistraeen rangers.
Faiths & Pantheons, p. 90
That said... there are far more references to Eilistraee having rangers, including two in this same book, and one in a later published book (Champions of Valor)

A non-nature deity giving ranger spells. Page 164 of the FR Campaign Setting. Ultimately the staff will have to decide what is most appropriate for the server. Maybe just roll a d20 for "high or low/even or odd" way to make a choice!

All gods should grant ranger spells, I don't see how keeping it a special class for the nature gods (and cool Shawn) is beneficial.
Here's another example which would seem outrageous on BGTSCC:
Knights Kuldar of Barakmordin:
This militant group of holy warriors, dwelling in a fortified
abbey on the Ithal Road between Darromar and Saradush
in Tethyr, stands apart from other organizations honoring
the Triad due to its singular composition.
Made up of clerics, cavaliers, paladins, rangers, priests, and pious fighters
of all three faiths, the Knights Kuldar have all vowed to do
their best to heal the sick, help the weak, and avenge those
harmed by injustice. Sometimes called the
Barakmordanna among the local populace, these champions
number about two thousand four hundred, the majority of
whom worship Torm, though all are considered equal brethren.
The group is led by a triumvirate of martial commanders, one
from each faith of the Triad.
Champions of Valor, page 105.

We've been discussing this backstage and we are minded that rangers should be opened up to non-nature deities. Its something that we are going to ask to be put on the development list.

People, let me put my little grain of sand in this topic. First of all I must say I'm talking from a non table D&D player perspective, but yes from the perspective of a gamer and also a fantasy novels devourer (of course almost all Forgotten Realms books are included). Maybe I'm wrong, but I think the books are one of the places where the lore is best reflected. So, my following ideas come from what my common sense says.
I'm sure that in fact Lolth (and so other deities like Eilitraee) is worshipped by rangers too beacuse a lot (and with a lot I mean A LOT

) of non-mage drows characters (and I'm not speaking only about Drizzt) that use a blade reflect some rangers' basic characteristics (most not reaching the requisite for spells: number of levels or wisdom). These characteristics include behaviour, costumes, fighting style (and here, just in case, I mention that the swasbluckler and duelist classes didn't exist when some of these books were published) and others.
Now, about the going-for-long discussion about Eilistraee and her worshippers... I think, in general, the Eilistraee faith is not as known as it should be by BGtSCC players (neither trying to insult anyone, nor speaking of particular a person, just speaking in general). To quickly summarize my oppinion about this I refer Grimhyld's oppinions, which I support as I think the same about this (included other previous topics in wich this subject has been mentioned).
To finalize and support the ideas I wrote above, I recommend you reading the Drizzt's saga, or at least the first books to comprehend better the drow society. And, to understand better the Eilistraee-Lolth fight, the "War of the Spider Queen" 6 books saga (which are my favourite Forgotten Realms books). Liriel's books are good too as I heard, but I haven't read them since they are difficult to find in Spain, so I can't give a personal feeling about them.
See you all IG
