Samn bids the 250 asked on the cloak of deflection. After examinig the belt with the same properties he shows a ring (deflection +4) to the seller. "Let me know if you will accept this ring and a hundred bags of gold for yor sash."

The elf appears to have been long gone by the time Draviir announces the finalization of the bids. He is nowhere to be found around Soubar.
