Go to your TLK folder, copy the file named bg_s1.tlk, rename that copy to bg.tlk and you should be sorted.

The current version of JEGs feat giver doesn't give PRC qualification feats. The feat selection is broken up in to racial, class, general and epithet feats, but none of them allow selection of the Shadow Dancer or other qualification feats.

Did you try using the filter ? Typing qualification should be enough.
