Ned moves his own caravan up the Trade Way and takes a break in Baldur's Gate. He surveys what goods other merchants have to offer and a belt catches his interest.
He tries to catch the gnome's attention, "Oi, this belt here... would ya part with it for 30 000 gold? Name's Ned." A wide and what is meant to be friendly smile appears on his lips.
// Wisdom +3 belt. I don't see it on the list on the first page though.

"Ah, very sorry that item was set aside for another customer just a little while ago. If they fail to collect it within a tenday I'd be happy to give you a sending but I gather they were rather keen on the thing".
