People always yell about characters 'teleporting', but they're not.

How long do you think they needed, to forge those golden dragonheads for the ships. And also to make those Targaryen sigils on those boats.

There's weeks, perhaps a month or two, between Varys scene in Dorne and Daenerys going to Westeros.

Besides, Varys probably have contacts, to get the fastest ships possible between the old continent and the new.
