i would tend to agree with that if there is really no compromise to it

i dont see the issue with flight while in events and a movement speed increase (10% would be plenty) but yea all or nothin

Why not just treat flight the same as a dragon druid? Only allow true flight for a short time in an event, where a dm could monitor it.

As for haste, leave it. It is a good representation of a movement boost from wings, the wings would not constantly provide an increased speed, they would only provide a temporary speed boost and eventually tire out.

Isn't that why haste was added to favored soul in the first place?

If that is the case expeditious retreat would have been the better option. As stated a bit ago wings don't grant an extra attack or ac bonus.

I might add that running around with giant sails on your back when cause a lot of drag, and actually slow you down when you weren't flying.

yes, but thats not to say wings are never folded in to prevent such, look at birds on the ground - depending on the color and type you cant even see their wings till they take off to fly

animations for wings in nwn simply show them as being overly dynamic, granted the wing arms for draconic, demonic and angelic wings tend to be rather big

but again haste is a horrible representation, expeditious retreat would be better if you want to go with the short flight theory, because all it does is give movement speed increase

You know I just can not see Kory with wings. The movement speed would be nice. Really the flying in a DM event would be cool. That would be neat. Other than that. Wings are kinda.....not cool I guess. Just seems too cheesy even for me.

Truth. I may not have made one. Call me weird I guess......Or maybe it is just because of how I see Kory really. I guess FvS is not really what I wanted for him but he was not wise so Cleric did not fit either. Either way wings could be cool. Would be fun RPing them suddenly growing in for Kory.............
