Yes it would, unless they duplicated the script and paired the copied one to the Feat. Which is so much more work than simply changing the Feat to instant. I think that's just a minor 2da edit, if I recall.

First solution is done already, it wasn't much work don't worry ^^

Duration set to 9 seconds, that should be fine, if not post again.

Ummm, wasn't it nine seconds before? Or do you mean you set it to instant?

The issue is that when the spell/ability is cast, the combat doesn't start until the following round. When cast as a spell, casting takes 3 seconds, the first attack comes 3 seconds later, you have 6 seconds left so it should effect all attacks for 1 round. The DS ability Truestrike doesn't take 3 seconds to cast, but still only lasts 9 seconds, so you only have 3 seconds left by the time you start attacking, instead of 6.

Steve or someone can correct me if I got the difference between the spell and the ability wrong.

You have it exactly, Chad.

I just logged in and tested it. Assuming it was modified and the modification is live... there was no change. My character cast Truestrike, stood around for a few seconds doing nothing, finally attacked, and only got his first Flurry buffed (two attacks on this character, only first one was buffed).

Honestly, it needs to be about 12 seconds, or maybe go the instantaneous route. Thanks for putting such quick effort into this.

Modifications are not live, it will have to wait for an update. Anyway I'll try it myself and adjust the duration if need be.

Turns out 9 seconds was too few (last flurry not getting the bonus), 12 too much (first flurry of the round after getting the bonus), 10 fits !

Yes I tested a potion of truestrike. It lasted as expected and will actually be useful now. Great work Vale. Now about them rats in the upperdark?

You might as well ask me about sending rockets to the moon Calodan

But reagrding this it's only for dragonslayer that there was an issue to begin with so only them can check if everything is indeed fine.

You know how sometimes for a full round you get stuck in that 'dodge animation' where your character does nothing while others just wail on them? Would this affect the True Strike duration?
