If you are having issues with bg_voiceset.hak (or any of the other files), here is the solution:

Find the file here (scroll down, it's near the bottom): http://game.bgtscc.net:8080/hak/

Right Click. Select Save target as. Where it says Save as type, select All Files from the dropdown menu. Then, where it says bg_voiceset, manually type in the extention .hak (it should look like bg_voiceset.hak). Select where you want it to save, and go save.

Now, when you have finished downloading it, move it to your Documents/Neverwinter Nights 2/Hak folder.

Start the game.

It should all work fine now.

I tried it already, download stops at 124mb and that's it. So nothing changes, guess I have to call the game a quit for now.

When you download it via Edge, does it default to .hak or .htm extension for you? I had the later, which downloaded fine and I was able to simply rename to .hak once the download completed.

Probably just a coincidence, but might be worth the try if you're grasping at straws.
