When you download it via Edge, does it default to .hak or .htm extension for you? I had the later, which downloaded fine and I was able to simply rename to .hak once the download completed.
Probably just a coincidence, but might be worth the try if you're grasping at straws.

Hi, i actually tried all of those ways.
Unfortunately no one worked.
Any other suggestion to fix it?

I've provided the bg_voiceset.hak here, at an alternate location, for those of you having trouble downloading it:

Once you download it, put it in your My Documents folder where the other NWN2 files are. It should just go in the folder labeled "hak."

I'm still having issues with this and the file is no longer available... is there anyone else that can redo the dropbox link or post a new link perchance? Thanks!

Yeah that link is broken for me too.

We had a new update this week (that link's from last week). You can get the new bg_voiceset.hak from here:
