The tests you run on your hardware wont test for everything. It can be a graphical entity on this server that puts your card/driver in a bad state, it can be a sound that does it for your soundcard/driver, etc. Only way to really eliminate hardware issues is to swap them out with known working ones.

I agree that it's strange that you'd be experiencing this issue here and not elsewhere. We do have several custom models and a lot of custom graphics and other content, but nothing that I think would put stress on a modern computer system.

I'm glad you're at least able to play NWN2. I'm sorry that you aren't able to play here right now. Maybe you can try back in a few weeks or months as we continue to optimize things? Maybe whatever is causing your hiccup will go away over the course of several updates. Since we don't know what it is, I fear it's not something we can just fix, though; or else we would.

dedude, I appreciate your input but I think if single player campaign, other multi-player servers work fine and more graphic intense games work fine, it isn't a hardware issue. Also I disabled my Nvidea graphics card and just tried my onboard graphics with same results. It is not easy for me to swap out some parts on this 8 year old rare-make Acer Aspire 8930g laptop(even if I'm in Taiwan where all the parts are made) The 2 HDDs were replaced with 2 SDDs a couple of years ago. Honestly, that will be the last purchase for this old girl. I was planning on getting a new rig this year regardless, just not yet.
