This poll is lop-sided towards the OP's suggestions in the old poll. You are missing the option that the majority voted on in the last poll, which was "increase XP across all spawns." you should have included that here.
That being said, 18-30 is where the XP needs the biggest boost. So I voted for the XP increase in epics. It needs to be doubled at -minimum- in those levels. Level 20-30 is the same XP amount as level 1-20 I think? With monsters giving like 10-20 XP a kill, thats quite the hurdle.
Though I also like the idea of an "XP bank" that is not based on levels, as this helps people who have less free time to play, and I am all for that.
I also REALLY like DM Hera's idea here of forgoing loot in chests in favour of XP. That's a super cool idea.

I like your thoughts on the xp bank, Chad. Pretty solid all around. A widget or function added to our pc tools to tell us how much xp we have left in our bank would probably solve the issue for questers. You'll have a really hard time convincing me that you actually LIKE questing, though...
Alternatively, make quests give double xp too, which would empty your bank relatively quickly, but still have them available post empty-bank in case somebody wants to grind out however many left they have in their weekly allotment. Your tiered structure would make this not be terribly effective at speed-leveling, right? Or would that second option speed up leveling too much? Hmmm, math is hard. *Edit* I mean, I get that it would essentially add whatever your bank is to your questing total, less 50% of your current bank allotment.
I imagine it would create a scenario where grinding the weekly quests is still the fastest way to level, but you'd no longer feel the NEED to as a part timer. Probably like the initial idea best.

I have bumped up the global modifier for kill exp to play around with it some.
Please note that this is only a test. I may have bumped it up way too much or not enough to even tell, it's hard to tell from modifying the script alone.
Should take effect after reset (server has currently been up 1 hour).

Well the issue with raising all xp, as I see it wad that up to about 15-18 you cam still get 50xp/mob. Realistically I frankly did not see that as something that would be considered, but that is my mistake. In any case Endelyon made a change so I suppose we'll see how that works.

Just keep in mind that nothing is finalized, I'm purely playing around atm to make sure I know what to modify and how it effects the exp rate in game. This isn't an indication that we'll move to a "more exp per kill" system in favor of a banked exp system, and we still might end up with either, neither, or both.

I am getting about double the XP per kill on regular mobs and about +20% on boss mobs.

Character level 23, area CR... around 16....
Before the change I think my character got about 15-18 points of experience per kill. Now I get 22-26 points of experience.

I'm rather enjoying the extra exp. Unfortunately I must head to bed now but I hope to be able to take advantage of it more later when I wake up. Hopefully it's still there ^.^

Exp for killing monsters will be reduced to normal amounts again after reset. Now that I understand how the delivery system works it will be possible for QC to look at the overall exp rate (and the exp rate at specific level ranges) and discuss whether changes are needed and the best ones to make.
For the time being Maecius and I decided to make a small adjustment to RP exp (previously was 20 + 1dCharacterLevel, now is 40 + 1dCharacterLevel). We'll see how this effects character progression in general before implementing any further changes.
