Re: Building the Swashbuckler
I would go 19 Swashbuckler/7 Duelist and top it off with 4 levels of Anointed Knight. It would help immensely with saves which is a weak point here.

I'm not sure if one-handed feat is a mode that has to be used instead of expertise.
Deadly defense is a good damage boosting feat in combination with expertise.

CE is a req for WM so even if not the build would need it.SBlack wrote:I'm not sure if one-handed feat is a mode that has to be used instead of expertise.

Also a requirement for Combat Insight, arguably even more important. They don stack, however my main choice is usually between CE and Parry. Rarely do I need Parry for PvE unless it's a 1v1aaron22 wrote:CE is a req for WM so even if not the build would need it.SBlack wrote:I'm not sure if one-handed feat is a mode that has to be used instead of expertise.

I was suggesting he take deadly defense if he planned on using expertise often, but one-handed feat is pretty good. If the one hander is a mode that can't be used in combination with expertise then it would be better to chose one or the other and not both.

Does anybody know if we changed the requirements for Dervish? nwn2db seems to think it requires mobility, but our wiki doesn't show it as a requirement. I got a fun pirate/swashbuckler build in mind, but if Dervish requires Mobility it can't be done...
