That's the .. same thing, except the way I presented is how the script works, ie removing a number of attacks.

How scripts work are not necessarily always one to one with how humans understand things.

Anyhow... With BAB 16, you get 4 attacks, and if you apply haste, you should get 3 attacks with NH? True or false?

Would think it to be true as if the script reduces your attacks based on the constant value of your BAB it does not take haste into consideration.

Which means that I could actually make a... Sun Elf Wizard 20/Bladesinger 10 or something like that...

Combat Casting is one of the potential Wizard Bonus feats, and feats like Combat Expertise, Dodge, Weapon Focus could be taken at levels 1, 3, and 6. Thus, I got feats left for Northlander Hewing and Blindfight even after Practised Spellcaster. Wizard bonus feats can give metamagic.. so all in all, it should be pretty much fine. I could start with 20 intelligence and leave it at that, go for strength with my ability score increases and even spend my epic feats on that.

Edit: Bladesinger gives Blindfight as one of the bonus feats, so it could be possible to mix in some Frostmage into it. Or go for even Automatic: Still Spell to make most out of Iron and Stone body spells.

Based on that 'script' snippet. You would get 3 attacks.

BAB of 21, 5 attacks, +1 from haste is a total of 6 attacks. 6/2 = 3

Hence: 6 - 3 = 3, you get three attacks.

Now, if you can move your levels around, you could actually drop your BAB in favor of more caster levels for example or other PRC abilities.

For example, with BAB of 20 it would go like this:

BAB of 20, 4 attacks, +1 from haste is a total of 5 attacks. 5/2 = 2.5 = rounded down = 2.

Hence: 5 - 2 = 3, you get three attacks.

Most gishes seem to reach a BAB of 21-23 max while maintaining a workable caster level.
I would find 4 attacks (3 regular, 1 from haste) appropriate and not overpowered. Right now it does not seem to scale that well...

But I am still irritated. At the moment I have a BAB of 12. And with haste I do seem to get 3 attacks with Northlander Hewing on?

Based on the script snippet, you should only have 2 attacks per round with Northlander Hewing on.

Now lets see... BAB of 25, five attacks.

Thus 5/2 = 2.5 = rounded down = 2

5 - 2 = 3, but I only get 2 attacks per round.
