In theory, there is nothing wrong with a Sorcerer 7/Fighter 3/Eldritch Knight 10/Arcane Scholar 10 build. You just need that 16-19 points in Charisma to cast your spells and you can spend the rest of your ability points into constitution to unlock Fast Healing III. Now, I have not reached epic levels to know if it actually works, but basically you should be able to get that +6 regeneration on top of whatever is given to you from Polymorph or Shapechange.Valefort wrote:No I said high BAB, not high AB. Go to 13 STR and stop there, wiz/ek/ dragon slayer/ thaumaturge kind of split, cohort, summon, cast shapechange after you buffed your army and enjoy ~
You'll also have very respectable DCs since you maxed INT.
Spellwise it also works very well with a sorcerer, you just pick self-buffs, few no save offensive spells, and if something gets dispelled you can just reapply it. Not to mention that you can make use of spells like Death Armor and Elemental Shield for great effect.
Not saying it is not annoying to get out of shape to recast spells, has that changed, but it can be done.

Ahah yes, and you might not even really need ASOC there though the metamagics are welcomed for the flexibility, gold dwarf sorcerer

I would love to polymorph more, but losing 7-10 spells everytime I do it is very high maintenance. Would be a great quality of life fix.
If one could confirm this, it would be an easy addition to polymorph and shapechange.
Confirmed. It is NOT working for wildshape.
The items I have with additional spell slots do not carry over. Plus getting damage for +2 con and toughness items, almost 50 damage every time I shift to normal form.
If the text is this color, I am on duty, everything else is just my humble opinion.
