I tried finding the post but this is how it works:

Every RP post will have 25% chance for RP xp with 20 + D(PC Level) XP.
There is a limit of 60 sec interval between RP XP bonuses, even if a post hits the 25% chance in between.

So it is theoretically possible that a lvl 29 toon could earn 2940 in RP XP per hour, roughly.

It’s probably better than grinding XP, per hour, at that level!!

But I highly doubt it will actually pay out that way.
