I tried finding the post but this is how it works:
Every RP post will have 25% chance for RP xp with 20 + D(PC Level) XP.
There is a limit of 60 sec interval between RP XP bonuses, even if a post hits the 25% chance in between.

So it is theoretically possible that a lvl 29 toon could earn 2940 in RP XP per hour, roughly.
It’s probably better than grinding XP, per hour, at that level!!
But I highly doubt it will actually pay out that way.

Requires one to spam the chat with no regard to actual meat to their post, and for one to interact with people who don't take 5 minutes to reply.
