"Ey, bustin' my chops, and my stash of gold to boot. Alright, suppose I can ante up and make it a fifth a' mil. Think the ring's cheap 'nuff to make my stake on the band a bit higher."

Hearing the latest bid on the Headband of Intellect, Cowen sports a quick grin.

"Well, can't say my birth blessed me with much coin nor sense, but at least I've more in the noggin than I do in the coinpurse. Fliers are abound that sharp traders like the folks at Moire's Imports can get similar wares for less than that cost, so count me out. Still keepin' my eye on that ring, but cheers with the crown."

Agatha sets some choice items aside, then calls out to those gathered by the tent...

She then begins packaging some of the items for transport.

Vaelen is seen delivering a few choice items to his shop in Soubar.
The two hired guards seem tense as the transfer takes places, their hands on the hilts of their blades as they keep a sharp watch.

Shortly thereafter, Agatha the shopkeep is seen updating the lists with a smile.

A woman wearing silver and black armor walks by Agatha's stall. Though she has a patch over her right eye, she seems to have no trouble looking over the current merchandise. She actually smirks at the "Wiseguy Handwraps," then moves on. Finally, after looking everything over she gets Agatha's attention.

"The name amuses me. I'll give you four bags for those handwraps. Name's Brigitte."

The merchant-mage and burgeoning politician, Vaelen Derringer, visits his shop in Soubar.
He is accompanied by two others, recently hired on as travelling traders. The employees proceed to unload a pack-horse, taking the new stock into the tent under the watchful eye of two mercenary guards attending the shop.

Agatha quickly brings out new lists for the customers to peruse.

Moire Rouge, owner of the similar named Import/Export company, steps up and bids 15 bags on the mithral full plate.

Agatha the shopkeeper notes the bid with a smile.

A man dressed in a light armor walks up, he seems tired and spent as he regards the merchant and puts down a bid for a ring.

"Name's Fingal Darius."

The words are spoken softly to the woman before he has a few sips from a hip flask and heads of.

A rather small and wild looking Hin by the name of Friappi Fernfall arrives trying to peek at the man looking through the goods, before moving on to more mundane sales. There, those boots, (of speed) consider them sold!

He looks around furtively before removing some gold from his own boot in anticipation.

The red cloaked human that recently has been making rounds among the merchants of Soubar picks up on the recent activity of the Derringer Mercantile, and the bids being placed on quality goods.

"Merchant, I would pay fifty thousand coins each, for the mithral armor and the Ring of Utmost Protection. Monserrate is my name."
