The wiki says it does, but not with Frenzied Berserker's Enchanced Power Attack. Thus Power Attack/Improved Power Attack could be additional +3 or +6 damage per hit. It wasn't the case when I had my Fighter/Rogue shield basher, so someone with more recent experience ought to verify.
