I think that this would probably be the best solution if we are concerned about messing up the player crafts economy. My only question would be what would we do about the cure series of potions? Should we just keep those to NPC's and keep divine alchemy to other effects and eventually potions of heal?

Why not just keep it simple and make the PrC a worthwhile investment? Change the discounts %, the first drop is 85%, should be changed to 70%, and the second drop is at 70%, should be changed to 40%, and there, now you got affordable potions, you ain't changing the base value of any potions, and the PrC is worth leveling into now.

Why 40%? Because the cap for buy/selling is 40%, 30% from appraise and 10% from guild thief.
