Maybe if it had like...One shout, per server reset or like 6 hours cooldown...but still, server has been fine without it, we have a discord lfg, I don't think we need more than that.
As a player for me shouts would clutter up my feed as I try and rp with others.
Even localized shouts would be akin to all hands dm events where 20 people are all talking.
For me this would create a ton of anxiety trying to read all that chatter and sift out the relevant rp to my character.
I don't agree in activating this. I rather enjoy the way it is now.
