((This should have been posted weeks ago but holidays and I moved so I lacked internet for a bit))
A few week back House Blackrose pushed deeper into Thundar's ride with the help of members from the Phoenix Company laying claim to a supposed back door into the Bugbear's Stronghold.

The Strike team would enter the fray dispatching the bugbears while waiting for the main bulk of reinforcement to arrive and help establish a secure and defendable position while a laborer force cleared out the caved in route.
The Mission was a success but not without casualties and many a funeral Pyres would be lit honoring the fallen.

It is rumored that "House Blackrose" has completed the construction of its fort on the "Northern Tradeways" after a long year of work.
The fort serves as a safe haven for travelers and caravans alike traversing the Tradeways north of "Baldurs Gate".
Signs posted show laws enforced along the Tradeways from the "Reaching woods" to "Soubar".

((Really life has come up and I will be gone indefinitely))

After a grueling hunting expedition in the High Moor Lady Netanya would treat herself to a glass of fine red wine and artisan cheese at the Blackrose Keep just north of Souber. She would enjoy a hearty conversation with bartender Rhonda.

The Yuan-ti forces crumble and scatter to the winds, their broodmothers slain in a two-pronged attack between the Blackrose, Zhentarim and Radiant Heart militias. Their fortresses lay tattered and reeling from the blow, and the undead army that accompanied them appears to be virtually wiped out. With these victories, the last lingering influence of Orcus upon these lands dissipates. Tales soon spread throughout the north of the great victories achieved this day. While the High Moors is still regarded as dangerous, and likely will always be, the yuan-ti have slithered back into their holes.... For now.
With the forces in the High Moor defeated, the Radiant Heart dismantle their small compound by the Boarskyre Bridge, returning to their homes in Baldur's Gate. The forces of the Blackrose and the Zhents remain stationed at Bridgefort for now, and continue to secure the area, making sure no stragglers are left behind.
With the fall of the Brood mothers and the defeat of the Yaunti army a sigh of relief could be had among the many soldiers that had been dug in to Boareskyre for the last four months. The war was now over and the time for rebuilding and reforms had begun.
The Mercenary company known as the Mithril Springs and the Blackrose Heavy Cavalry contingent would depart Boareskyre and return to Thundars ride to resume their patrols on the Trade ways.
It is rumored that a shipment of stone was sent for to repair Boarskyre bridge and the damages done to it from as far back at the Devil War years prior.
The Blackrose presence in Boareskyre would prove to be consistent with the fortifications that were erected during the Yaunti war still standing tall as more fortifications would be built or reinforced within the coming months.

With the Fortification on Boareskyre bridge firmly in place protecting the North of Soubar and Fort Prominence to East protecting it Southern access, the eye of the Blackrose look back towards Thundar Ride with a distainful taste. Many a month had been spent entrenched within that stretch of land plagued by disease carrying insects, constant rain, Bugbears, Werewolves, Goblins and other manners of vile things. Now rumors had it they were set to head on back in to the thick of it, it would just be a matter of when. All to better protect the stretch of road from Ducal lands to Boarekyre bridge.
"F-ing Bugbears...." A expression utter commonly by the men and women of the Blackrose.
