Pleasure and Protection Domains
8th and 9th level spells are swapped so I get both Hilatalier's Greater Misdirection at level 8 and 9, and Mind Blank at level 8 and 9.
With Extended Spell meta magic, unable to slot the level 8 spells extended as level 9 spells as I have them both as level 9 spells as well. The game just doesn't let me do it.
Also if I try to slot the spells at level 8, they force slot themselves at level 9

"Shift Shape" feat (the one being used by Shapechange and Polymorph) doesn't let me pick a form anymore. It just auto-shifts me to the first one on the list, the kobold without the sellection window appearing.
Loging in, resting, saving, reloging fixed this issue.
I also can no longer switch servers. When I log into the other or go through the transition, I get a loading screen and then get booted.
Also, every new log in, I get the polymorph window right away without using the ability.

I tried to use Polymorph Self a moment ago. The spell casts just fine, but when I clicked the feat to select a form, Shift Form, I was given no choice to select the desired form. Therefore, as of now, my character can only polymorph into a Kobold. No list of any kind is prompted. My character is a sorcerer.
Additional notes: If my character casts Shapechange spell, and uses Shift Form feat, Shapechange works just as it did before. If I return to my original form, and try using Polymorph again, instead of a Kobold, the Shift Form feat will transform my character into a form different from the Polymorph Spell list, and this choice is based on the previously used form from the Shapechange list. Probably due just list ID numbers or something.
And I guess I will try what Domovoi just did.
Edit: Did not fix for me, was playing on server 2.

Whenever my character enters Roaring Shore, he gets booted out of the server automatically. Edit: Managed to catch a line that I am somehow already logged in to the first server.
Edit: I joined to the second server, (Server 3 on the list), so it could be that the second server is no longer properly communicating that players have left the second server back to the first server.

Opened a chest with an unidentified magical short spear in it, amongst other things.
Everything can be looted except the short spear. Short spear remains in the chest regardless of whether I double-clicked on it or clicked Loot All.
Error message says something "This item cannot leave your character" or "You cannot give this item away" or words to that effect. Sorry, forgot to take a screenshot.
I hope it wasn't a super epic short spear I left behind!!

Totally was *evil grin*. Also, if you ever face this again, please try typing /lootall if you use Client Extension.

That's probably the cursed one. Didn't realize having an item set to cursed automatically makes you unable to loot it, rofl. I'll remove that flag then.
Don't worry, it's not super epic. Quite the opposite, it's a joke weapon.

Yeah, I think that's why there's that script that randomly transforms items into cursed items...

feat fixer feat cannot be dragged to the hotbar.
speaking of that - could the sleight of hand skill also made be draggable to the hotbar please.

It is passive. It is not a new feat, just a proper name and description given to that random empty Resist Disease everyone has had for years.

A bunch of cooldowns bug out and don't function correctly without it. The benefits are something you'd only notice if you didn't have it.
