Day and night cycle is a no-brainer, completely agree with you! The speed can be quite immersion breaking.

As for Mudd's Auction, I actually LOVE it. As a player in an awkward timezone, there would be no way for me to sell stuff otherwise, as I would have to wake up at 5am before leaving for work. It doesn't affect immersion at all for me. The only thing I dislike is that it is not sorted in any way. If it were sorted by time the item was posted it would be perfect

EDIT: As far as Teleport goes, my ideal setup would be:
*No wagons
*Teleport only to safe or low-medium CR areas
*Teleport cost removed or lowered significantly
*Teleport countdown timer (a few minutes would suffice, so can't be spammed).

But, I guess there's all types of players out there, and if some people enjoy doing multiple epic dungeon runs a day and have limited time then for them Teleport is probably essential.
