(( Every time there's an issue with a player not following the server rules, clicking this button and typing the information in here would make things go a lot easier. I would be really, really, really appreciative if the OOC could be kept out of the IC thread, despite the legitimacy of it. DMs have removed inappropriate messages in the past.

P.P.S Yes I know that by me typing that I am being a hypocrite, but somebody has to be the shepherd.

This violates the lore in every possible way. I ask the DM's to address this.

Oh and not to leave it as offtopic...

The arch-goddess Xercia Dantress enters the school of necromancy where the Dev'lins are gathered. She uses her unlimited powers and wipes them out completely from existence.
With all this hostility I sure am glad I don't rp in the underdark.

/// ok I wasn't going to get involved in the OOC argument but I feel like I can answer all the questions in 1 thread.

First and foremost, Escherichia became a member of the school shortly after being kicked out of the school by Tyv'lael when she was trying to research Tedia's issue. DM Narshe approved Escherichia joining the school as a student since it isn't really a guild anymore but just a source for RP and because Esch's character sheet says she's part of a school of necromancy. I promptly forum rp'd this transfer.

http://www.bgtscc.net/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=42048

Next, to address the Arch-Necromancer thing. I RP'd being a student at the school just about everytime I was in game. When I gained my levels of Arch Mage, that was when my character sheet labeled me as an Arch Necromancer. I never said it was my title at the school but more of my title as a mage while as a member of the school. Once again, I am merely rping my character sheet per the rules of the server.

Finally, there was no ritual performed. My house never declared any war on any conclave or any school of magic. There is no reason they would not be allowed inside a publicly accessed school. There was no ritual performed just a mere healing.

It bothers me to be accused of God-Modding because I have never rp'd anything that wasn't on my character sheet and I have always respected the rp of the other players in Sshamath. Please have the courtesy to return the respect.

// Continueing on with IC stuff as IAmDiagnosingYou's post would validate what happened

For the past few cycles a male drow with a slight limp have been seen roaming the city of Sshamath. Whether just old or suffering from some unknown disease, he wheezes with every few breath. On occasion he have been seen in the presence of a young female drow who follow him wherever he go, only a few steps behind, opening doors and stepping in front of him to clear a path through the busy streets.

Qilintha is seen leaving the city of Sshamath, her head held high as she sweeps her rapier aside. She nods politely towards the guards, a scowl forming on her lips as she walks out of view* "We have work to do." *She gestures for the jaluken to follow* "Move."

Seriously..

I dont mind the IC carnage going on down below but could you take the OOC mud wrestling elsewhere, please?

But since this thread has been hijacked already..
Whats the thing with our new seeders of fun in the UD a k a House Devlin anyway?

Maybe I am in a strange streak of pacifism and good wicked behaviour but I have yet to desire blood with them on any of my toons, regardless of alignment. What am I missing?

They are just like any other player coming down here to the UD with their own perceptions of the place just like we did and still do. Lets give a little loving and hugs around off stage hmm?

Oh and could someone please find Cazna's head.. again. *sigh*

/// To expand on sage advice from Flasmix, there is a little exclamation mark in the lower right corner of every post. When you clicky it you get to report a post and write an explanation why you are reporting a post. I suggest people use that in the future when they have problems with posts on IC threads.

take that you rodent, more work for you!

/// There is one golden rule any self-respecting RP player never crosses. If one is to create or join a fraction/guild/group/whatever and declares enemies of the said group, the same player will not go controlling NPC's or the entire organisation of their enemies.

History:
A young female drow with snow white hair, tied to the side, and ebony skin enters the School of Necromancy. She wears a long black and gold robe and a long spider web cloak. She appears to currently be wearing no house insignia. She shudders briefly. She knew she probably never would get used to the feeling caused by entering through those doors.

She approaches the front desk. Having no idea exactly what books she was looking for, she requests access to the school's library.
Hearing no reply the situation develops:
After a somewhat heated debate and the drowess proving that she was in fact a Necromancer despite not being apart of Sshamath's school, she is let into the library by the reluctant wizard.
Nobody would let her in. But the situation was handled in RP.

Next thread:
The female drowess returns to the School of Necromancy a cycle later with papers in hand. She sits down at the table and filled out what was left of her registration form. After turning the papers in that officially transferred her from the school in Ched Nasad to Sshamath's School of Necromancy, she resumed the studying she had begun the cycle before.
Again the staff of the school is made to let her in by the enemy PC. Again RP is done to get out of the now annoying situation. We're discounting the fact that Devlin claim to be a fallen house, therefore it's in nobody's interest to confirm her allegiance to any school in Ched Nasad.

Next thing she ignores the guards at the entrance of the school, pick a room, of course the staff allows it and go of casting spells, rituals, you name it.

Halo Deity will obviously deny any of this, just to win an argument here, but it wasn't so long ago that I had a chat with her in the illithid mines where OOC'ly she has said her purpose is to make Sshamath Lolthite again. I cheered for the idea back then, despite having characters on both sides, but I wasn't aware those will be the means of achieving this.

Let's just say that observant people will find posts where wizards are punched in faces, and disregard to any guards is ever present.

You can't have a cookie and eat it. Either you are against the conclave or not. And if you are, face the consequences rather than go changing sides only to suit any time it's needed.

it is amazing how you take all this stuff out of context and try to apply it to the way that seems to suit your purpose .. hmmmm

you seem to mix OOC with IC at a whim just to make the story go the way you want it to
