Long after the crowd has left the temple, Meri spends time in prayer, and is quiet for a long moment. Finally her eyes stray to A Book kept near the alter. She sighs, saying a prayer for each member of the small temple that has crossed her path in all these years, even ones long gone. The prayers are specific to each, and takes time. This is followed by a prayer for the members of the Order of the Radiant Heart. This prayer is followed by one for the people of the Sword Coast, for Tethyr, for Damara, then she offers prayers for her family.

This long petition with the Broken God ends with a final prayer that she can find the patience and strength to walk beneath the light above her head, it is perhaps the shortest aspect of this conversation, and the final note as dawn breaks silently.

In the middle of the day as Louise returns to the sanctuary, she gives Sister Adolina her customary greeting as she walks in amidst the flurry of activity. Stealing a single moment from the woman, she asks where Merielle was. After receiving her answer, she would offer an apologetic smile and promise to return within a moment.

She then goes on to find the Saint.

Meri is found easily enough as she hurries from one task to the next. She seems rather glad to spare time for Louise, and takes a much needed break.

After a brief conversation, Louise quickly breaks into a smile and offers the Saint an embrace.

A couple days later Meri is making arrangements for her to be away for a few days.

"Be careful, all of you. Try not to travel alone. No unknown sorts in the Orphanage either. Sister Juna will know how to reach me if needs must."

She offers several prayers, cloaks herself in wards and travels south.

*Lady Angelina and Haeman head to the Temple of Ilmater where they notice sister Juna is not there durring one of their patrols. They look around and make some inquiries.*

*Lady Angelina again travels to the temple of ilmater on her normal patrol route and finds Sister Juna still missing... she proceeds to write a letter to the Saint Merielle and Sir Thiago informing them of this*

Dear Saint Merielle and Sir Thiago,

I hope this letter finds you both in good health. While on our patol it has come to our attention that Sister Juna is missing from the Temple of Ilmatter for some time. ((two ooc days including after reset)). Please if you have any information would you contact us at the temple of Tyr. I shall pray to Tyr she is alright.

Meri returns from Candlekeep, and is given the letter. She smiles as she reads it.

"Though I feel poorly that others were caused to worry... it is a balm these days to know others are concerned."

She takes time to pen a quick reply and have it sent to the temple of Tyr before she makes her way to the Orphanage.

Ms. Northstar:

I do apologize for any undue concern that you have endured recently. Thank you most sincerely for both the sentiment and the care offered in seeking the well being of Ilmater's faithful.

Sister Juna is quite well. Her duties of late sometimes call for her to leave the temple and the Orphanage. She can often be found in the city, tending to her tasks.

I pray the gods smile on you, and keep you well within their benevolent grasp.

*Lady Angelina writes a note back after receiving the letter*

Dear Saint Merielle,
Thank you for putting our fears at ease. It is our duty and our honor to provide continued protection for those at the temple. You will be happy to know justice has been served to one Bhaalist whom attacked one of the Ilmatari the other day and is now in the hands of the Captain of the Fist, thanks to Sir Uriel, accompanied by Lady Svala, Lady Gina and Squire Cyrus.

Meri makes her way to the temple with some extra food. While there she leaves a note for the rest of the Ilmatari that Kaltyra will be staying nearby, and her and her children are to be given sanctuary until some conflicts surrounding the druidess can be resolved.

She stays long enough to help prepare the evening meal and makes her way back to the Orphanage to tend the children.

During one of the rare lull moments in the temple late at night, Louise was seen speaking gently to a crying blonde woman. The door had been left open by a donator who left sometime earlier, and that would be something Louise would have soon regretted.

As the woman who called herself Swift was beginning to share her story, the two of them were enveloped in darkness.

"Bhaal waits for you, woman."

Louise immediately raised the alarm by crying out, "Sisters!" but she could utter nothing else after that. Soon afterwards something smashed against the wall near the two women and at their feet, the sounds of broken fragile glass enough of a warning for Louise to cover her breath. Urthanyk gas soon flooded the area, and as the darkness dissipated Kalana Swift was on her knees.

After giving Kalana some brief calm, Louise would turn to find a dagger pinned to the ground, holding a note. The contents of the note were quite obviously another threat if one were to read Louise's expression, though she doesn't seem to destroy the thing, instead taking it some place behind closed doors. She would return later to administer medication to those who needed it - kalana would use her own medication to heal herself - as well as check if the Bhaalist was still hiding within the sanctuary under some guise of invisibility. After scouring the Temple up and down, Louise would finally relax. She asks Kalana to wait in the temple as she herself makes plans to head towards the Radiant Heart's Keep.

A blonde woman steps out of the temple, her eyes full of seething hatred. She pulls her hood disappears into the crowded street, fingering some clinking vials in her things.

*Althea makes her way to the temple, looking for saint merielle as requested.not finding her , she waits a bit then returns to tasks, checking back often hoping to find her.(( am on and will be looking for her as I play
