Clerics with the Knowledge domain & Specialist Diviners (incl. spell focus Divination?) should receive a bonus on whatever checks they make to ascertain a True Name, given the domain & spell school is fairly useless otherwise. Just a suggestion!

For many reasons, the will be no change regarding thaumaturge at this point.
At the very least, there is added synergy between the PRCs prereq feats and summons.

Love to hear the many reasons.
More "this is how it is" from the top is not helping things.

Many as in everything that wouldnt allow for something to be implemented, apply here.
1. Dev time
2. There is already a good synergy between the Thaumaturge PRC and the prereq feats.
3. The scaling of the summons and where the get their bonuses from, is something we are happy with. Not looking into changing it.

No, if you can cast a planar calling spell you can use this feature. The rest are skill checks.

Just because Thaumaturge specializes in summons, doesn't mean they have monopoly on conjuration. They have their own very unique abilities that enhance their summons. Abilities that are definitely stronger than +1 HD.

The bonuses last for 10 rounds, cooldown : 4 minutes.
How does this works on a mechanical side? Is it a circle effect and have the allies stay nearby (even during the charge) all the time to be affected ?

No, like a haste spell, it affects people around you when you cast it but they don't need to stay near.

will this open feats like lingering and curse song since it cannot multiclass w/ bard?

It doesn't get any songs per day so wouldn't be able to use curse song or have any use for lingering song. The abilities are use/day and inspirations, not songs.

truth... building in my head and trying to find synergies... again

Best synergies I came up with during analysis of the abilities was with melee warrior types (Fighters and Barbarians, mostly) as well as melee oriented Clerics or Favored Souls. There are far better synergies for Casters so mostly the OWD is a class that doesn't take too much away from a Barbarian or Fighter build while adding a bit of damage and flavor abilities at the cost of perform skill points and a couple feats. There are synergies with Warrior of Darkness or Dragon Slayer since they require Iron Will and, while both those classes open up Tumble, the listen skill gives some ability in detection which WoD and DS do not. There are actually relatively few warrior oriented PRC's that have detection skills so having high BAB with the listen skill is a nice benefit to go along with a solid inspiration and the orders to charge ability.

i dismiss most of the caster classes as with no spell progression. ranger i feel can be done with a R25/OWD5 can be a nice build. but a gish build, that would benefit immensely from the inspiration, cannot have those caster levels sacrificed that far. the best build that i come up with are sneak builds that benefit from the high BAB and inspiration as well as have the skill points to dole out to perform and intim early. usually end up losing crucial epic feats in the process though and this turns my smile upside down.
right now i am pursuing a Bar22(standard rage)/FotF3/OWD5 and a MaA platform, but unsure what i want to add to the MaA and OWD to fill it out. MaA25/OWD5 does nearly zero damage with horrible saves and is a fairly proactive class.
edit: do you know if the new builder is available. MaA is hard to build on the builder because there are so many feats that qual and stack.

For sneak builds I would recommend either R19/SD3/NWN3/OWD5 for epic dodge, BAB 24 and 12d6 sneak dice or R13/A9/NWN3/OWD5 for BAB 23 and 14d6 sneak dice with death attack at the expense of epic dodge. You could of course drop NWN to go R16/A9/OWD5 to pick up Epic dodge at the expense of speed boost from bodyguard 3. Either way BAB will be slightly higher than a 'standard' rogue build and the inspiration is a nice help to land more of your sneak attacks as well as the debuff to enemy attacks sometimes helping your avoidance of attacks.
I likely wouldn't mix M@A in to the build unless I was going STR/CHA split and aiming for EDM such as M@A 22/BG3/OWD5. For Barbarian I would likely go B21/WoD4/OWD5.
I have not seen anything from AoS in terms of releasing the BG specific builder.
