The spells Negative Energy Burst and Negative Energy Ray appear to have the exact same descriptions. I am betting that the Negative Energy Ray does not have Huge AoE.
If anyone could also let me know the proper description for the Ray I would also appreciate it, thx.

i have the problem that all my epic spells get casted on a very low DC (26). i reported that a year ago or so and i remember that someone then said that it might have happened that i took those spells on Pale Master levels and therefore the ability modifier for PM is added, so likely int instead of CHA what my sorceress uses. and the +5 too

yes as i seem to be the onlyone who either has or has noticed this problem and i took an "outtime" shortly afterwards until a week ago i simply figured it slipped, i can send screenshots though (in german but i think it is pretty selfexplaining)
well there are not many sorc/PMs on the server and out of the ones i know they had 10 PM before epic or before they could choose epic spells, so got them on sorc levels
only thing i would know of would be for you to be able to delevel and pick it on a sorc level because i dont think kaedrin fixed it, and if he did its probably not on the server
or... luna might be able to edit your .bic and swap the feat out with the cha based one, which would save you from having to delevel but you'd have to wait for luna to get the time to do it

edit: would both solutions fix the missing +5 i got too? a DC of 26 looks to me like neither, my CHA-mod nor those are taken into account.

There is only one feat. So I can't help in that way. I'm not sure how the game stores your main caster attribute vs a feat you take.

The beholder in Sshamath also sells incorrect summoning scrolls. The duration was improved to 1 minute/level, though his level VI and II summoning scrolls are the normal 18 seconds + 6 seconds/level. Any chance this could get fixed?

Try using them. It could be just the TLK wasn't updated.
