It this map still up to date?
Are there any CR gaps when leveling in the UD?

I am against it.
I believe that the creation of map and it's access offered to all players was completely OOC. Otherwise, it would make more sense to put it locked to archives of guild forums rather than public.

- UD area names were changed, but the maps weren't, so Beblith Territory is East of Mist Lake etc
- the illithid Hive (x2) are absent from the map,
- and Varalla's got a revamp from the last metaplot but this didn't change things too much

Seeing no-one looking, he quickly traces the map using charcoal and a blank scroll.
His work complete, he thrusts the duplicate into his belt.

totally understand where your coming from; however, at the same time, cartography is in full effect. you have players creating maps, and there would be NPCs creating them as well.
we are playing in a known world, our PCs IC know more about the world than we ever would. if there are no maps of this world, that our characters would have access too, let me know, cause i've already bought a few, and I will turn them in. ..
