They'd all stand infront of a door for hours, bickering and arguing who gets to have a try at the lock. ;)

Rogue5: "No, way! You opened the chest!"

If only my computer wouldn't have became useless for NWN2, I'd have shot my own application in.

Flynt Ryder looks epic, I wonder if Valefort or Tooley made him. (the two obvious swashbucklers)

Some calculations related to my character because I care..

The density of marble is 2.73 g / cm^3, which is far far to heavy to make a decent sized pillar out of. The density of birch is a much lighter 0.67 g / cm^3. So the way that a marble pillar could be made is use marble for the outside of the pillar and birch for the inside.

I have a medium load of 173 and I'm willing to use about 150 of it carrying around the pillar. I'm going to assume the nwn2 unit of weight is lbs.

A one foot diameter, 3.5 feet tall pillar with 1 cm of marble then filled with birch comes out to 143 lbs with 7 lb's for the ornament on top. Depending how such a pillar is made I would guess it could survive decent impacts if it's one foot thick, imagine swinging a tree around somewhat slowly except the tree was covered in a particularly strong rock.

An alternative to a marble covered pillar would be an iron one. Iron is much denser but it's not going to break. We still have to reduce the amount of it on the pillar. If we have a 3.3 mm thick lining of iron on a birch pillar 3.5 ft high that will come out to almost exactly 150 lbs!

Either way, carrying around a 1 foot diameter ~4 ft pillar with either stone or iron on the outside and some type of light wood on the inside is plausible for a strength 17 character. Yay, my character concept makes mathmatical sense now!

I'm not revealing which character is mine though *waggles finger*

At least he won't end up entangled with the weave.
