A black-robed, blue-skinned monk of the Balanced Hand, has repeatedly called himself a "Half-Feind" in the open, flicking his forked tongue, hissing and harassing the populace in full view of Guards. Recently this came to a head in the Risen Pheonix where he pawed after an unwilling Elfmaiden, calling her "play thing" and issuing threats against resistance on behalf of his Order.

Other folks in the Tavern said they saw a Blonde Haired Elf trying to Scare off the Black Robed man because his appearance didnt "fit-in". It seemed they were throwing curses to and fro. As if they had crossed paths once before. They certainly were not at the Tavern to have a drink together!! She kept referring to him as a fiend, and the Robed man seemed to agree to it instead of argue against the insinuations. The robed man eventually left and no harm was caused

(Just as a reminder, since I am the DM overseeing Beregost, I would like to remember to everyone that Beregost, due to recent events, is HEAVILY patrolled by Amnian soldiers, their not-so-gentle (read: brutal) commander, and Dawn Knights of the local temple of Lathander. Apart from that, the local commander's dislike for Elves and Tieflings is about as well known as his unorthodox methods.
Any, I repeat, ANY person who dares to create even the slightest problem within the town limits is at dire risk of getting all of his bones broken one by one, and then thrown out of the city.
For future interactions, please remember that the guards are always present roleplay-wise (whether they are inside the tavern or not is irrelevant, since their barracks are next to the tavern), whether there is a dm online or or not.
In case there are no DMs online, players are encouraged to take screenshots of everything going against the local laws (read: illegal behavior) and send them to the DM team, which will take care of the rest from there on.
So try not to cause trouble within the town limits, as it is a blatant case of disregarding NPCs, ergo in violation of server rules.
Thank you!)

A weakened figure wearing nothing but simple covers was escorted from the Song of the Morning Temple to the Phoenix Inn by three others. Some believe it the man to have been the Morninglord Tolan, while others dismiss it.

Lance Renslin is seen entering Beregost from the north. He wastes little time making his way into the Song of the Morning Temple. He's a look of determination sprawled upon his face as he leaves his name and current residence with Kelddath Ormlyr and has asked the High Priest to inform Lathanderites of Lance's name and that he can commonly be found at the Friendly Arm Inn or the Order of the Radiant Heart stronghold in the farm lands.

Eldarian can be seen roaming the streets of Beregost for his regular rounds at night before standing vigil in front of the temple to Lathander. His stance is tireless as he makes sure the temple of his God is blanketed in safety even as the darkness encloses the building.
After a time a woman joins his side. While she doesn't wear the colors dedicating herself to Lathander, she seems interested in the well-being of the temple.

A few witnesses said they saw a small masked hin hiding in the shadows and floating about the Beregost Inn right after a couple entered. Nothing else is known at this point but it was strange to say the least..

During the past tenday, there have been a lot of traffic to and from the Phoenix Inn. Several of the regular patrons have whispered rumors of the Morninglord Tolan from the Song of the Morning Temple staying at the inn, apparently recovering from an attempt on his life a forthnight ago. Sam, the owner of the inn, have been quick to dismiss these rumors, but even so, the amount of traffic, specially from persons working for or related to the temple, have been high.

A lone green cloaked figure claims the table nearest stairwell, beside the garish stuffed Dire Wolf. Idly stroking the long dead fur, and watching for anyone whom follows good Tolan after. Beneath the cloak eyes hexed to see even the invisible stand vigil.

The Morninglord Tolan was finally seen again in the town of Beregost. He was seen sitting on a bench near the town fountain, dressed in simple clothes. Later he was seen leaving the town through the northern gates, having changed into his armor. He was accompanied by a beautiful young woman and walking rather slowly, as if burdened more than he should have been by his armor.
Those few who knew him better than others, would recognize that the woman was an old friend of Tolan and they had often been seen together, though her name was unknown.

*Za'than Za'amal, former warlock, is seen walking into the Beregost office, and asking about his magic licence. Given that since his souls return to himself, he is now able to cast divine, rather then arcane magic (as stated in his previous license)*

The blonde haired paladin of Tyr, friend and honoured guest of the Song of the Morning Temple has once again been seen around the streets of Beregost after her absence of more than a few tendays.
She engages with the townsfolk and passing adventurers, shaking hands and speaking warmly of her pilgrimage, seemingly brimming with enthusiasm and determination - much like her time before the infamous capture. Her topics and queries shift between general news, to the more terse subject of local piracy and general well being of the town.
After a time, it was noted she returned to the temple with luggage in hand and a wide smile on her features, attempting to seek out the Lieutenant-Commander.
