Gloin comes up to the auction with a saddened, dismally ugly face.
"I hate teh do this teh kin but I was able teh procure one o' those amulets for a bit less coin. I'll have teh retract my offer though I doubt yeh will have much trouble gettin' the coin from elsewhere in this lot. Still interested in that there ring I bid on though."

A tiefling wanders by the auction, looking road weary and well-traveled. After spying the kama for sale he immediately recognizes it's power and utility.
"I bid 1,000,000 gold pieces on the Kama, good sir dwarf."
//1,000,000 gold on the vampiric kama +3.

*A passerby stops at Kory's layout and converses a bit the two are seen discussing a couple of pieces*
I must apologize master dwarves. It seems my layout is also getting a decent look at as well give me a moment to move my stuff a bit away to not disturb your fine assortment.
*Kory spends hours moving each piece in fine array to a spot well enough away to give the dwarves their space after finishing he takes a moment to return*
Regarding my prior bid. Well it seems I may have a line on a suit from another person and as such I would change my bidding to this. I will match the lasses bid of a 150 trade bars and also offer the fine jewel collection with the last two pieces of mithral armor I posses for the shield of fine quality that helps to turn back the undead.
////Sorry it seems my goods attracted others fully unintentional. I am offering to match Hidenka in gold for the Heavy Shield +4 with bonus feat extra turning and then give on top of that these items.

Some signs of annoyance begin to become visible as Telia increases her bid, "370 000 gold."

"Hail. I trust Karond Goldhand, or his associates can be found here. A bid was placed, signed with his name, an exchange of these bracers for a belt that bolsters one's strength. I have accepted his offer and hope to make the transaction here, if suitable.
The belt will serve me well in the upcoming tournament in which I do hope there is a dwarven representation. I am sure your kin will be able to teach the Everwatch much in the art of wielding a shield."
"Naturally miss, our offer will stand as we keep our word. The belt you've seen at this auction is one of a pair. The other, of course, reserved for you and ready to be exchanged at your earliest convenience"

"Bah!" exclaims One-Eye after hearing the tiefling make a bid on the kama. "Damn no good tainted bloods...bah!"
Pulling up his trousers in a moody reaction, he gets down to business.
"Now Goldhands...either one of ya...tell me straight what ye value this Woodland Ring, as ye yerself say that items traded be worth more than coin itself. Cause I ainna gonna let no tainted blood horn head be outbidding me so easy.
Aye, yes...me flatly agree to the 300,000 coin value fer the dextrous ring. Now let's work out the best trade fer your kama here."

They murmur a bit to each other, then appraises the ring in full.
"Hrm...we estimate the woodland ring to be worth 240.000 goldcoins. One of its 3 qualities is excellent, one is superfluous and the third nearly without merit."

"Bah! Ye tryin' to cheat a kin, aye? Rumor around here is
ye Clan itself be making offers higher on such an enchanted device. Callin' the power of the woodlands superfluous and without merit be tellin' any within' ear shot ye Goldhands maybe spend too much time with ye own gold, then out in the real world.
But I ain't fallin' fer it, nay. Me know full well dat this Woodland Power ring be worth 275,000 coin at least...havin' had an offer many years ago for 400,000 value in coin...though I reckon many a druid ain't the coin havin' type in the first place. Such that it be...it's value then be
beyond coin, in the druid's world. Dat be the truth of it lads.
So here be the thing...I'll raise me offer to 1,000,000 value in coin, plus the Woodland Power ring of exceptional value itself, fer the kama. And if ye dunna value this Woodland Ring as I and others do, me can easier sell it to satisfy yer coin fixation.
That be havin' been said...are ye acceptin' me acceptance of your ring of dextrousness fer my 300,000 coin in value?"

After gazing with no small wonder over the items displayed, she approaches the dwarves and bows with fist over heart.
"I greet you, Master Dwarves." the blonde woman greets with a warm expression, gloved fingers flowing loosely through the air in the direction of the wares. "You have an utterly splendid variety of items, I must say. There are two in particular which have caught my attention, however. This rather exquisite shield. . ." she gestures to the appropriate piece with an appraising nod. "And the belt that seems quite strong in it's weave. "Good day."
