I would still like to see Epic Rage granting something unique to the class besides just plain bonus scaling.
Bane of Enemies is a good example of an interesting and powerful feat which awards staying true to the Ranger class. Same goes for Bard's Song of Requiem, and to some extent Monk's Blazing Aura and Warlock's Eldritch Master (they both don't require 21 levels in the class, but still).

I'd love to discuss something like this and I bet many others in qc would too. However, from a timing perspective more can get done if we modify requirements to qualify for feats and grant bonuses that can be added simply as they already exist in some form. Creating a unique/custom epic rage feat would require far more discussion and probably dev effort than the changes m3ntalist posted.

It's been approved so it'll get in when the dev team can get to it...

Just tossing it out there; but what about adding fast healing x for various tiers of rage or maybe only to epic rage.
I like the changes , great job!

I really hope barbarians get an rcr token with this coming out.

I was going to ask that same question. Because I'm sure they won't be retroactively put on to barbarians.

Only DM's can answer that question, but realize only barbarians with at least 10 levels in the class will be impacted since all of the improvements aside from extra feats at 10/20/30 will apply without need for an RCR. However, things like this (I think) are what RCR tokens are for. If you've spent the time to play a class that has now been improved upon I agree you should get the benefits now applied to the class, but again only an HDM / Admin can make that call.

Couldnt you create a level 1 barbarian with a "safe" first level feat and stats and drop the XP on him prior to the 25th? That way you could take advantage of a full RCR. But I guess that would only work if you have more than one PC to play.

I must admit I am extremely excited for these potential changes. Seems that they will bolster barbarians to be more on par with other well built melee builds but they will still have some obvious weaknesses that can be exploited by people (or DM's, we all know they aren't people...) looking to do so. It would be nice to see a few more barbarians floating around without them feeling so weak compared to many of the more popular builds.

Gonna bump this and ask a question posed on IRC. What will the bonus feat list be? Also are there any volunteer devs willing to make the changes?
