It doesn't state all abjuration spells are visible by a search check, only when they are near each other for prolonged times can you spot them.
from what you just said that would then mean if one were to put alarm next to another one then after a while its automatically spotted without a check at all since the interference gives it away... but would otherwise not be subject to detection

so would you rather count it as everything else or have it be auto spotted in such a condition? because in the interest of simplicity i would say count it as everything else

though again if its not counted that means it would also not get a bonus from set trap, since its either not there or auto spotted
Honestly if such interference is noticable, it would only show you that there may be abjurations spelled about.

Magical fields interfere with each other and create barely visible energy fluctuations

It only tells you there is something not right there. Not what. It doesn't even tell you where precisely the abjurations are, since I'de say from the description it would show interference at the borders. It however requires two or more abjuration spells put together, and have been online for more then 24 hours.

From there I would say the DM would probably just give a vague description, if any bothers to do a spot check.

except we are not talking about something that would require a DM, and yes while it would be barely visible it would still be visible so the point of it being there or not remains

a spot check may be vague sure, tho a spellcraft check will likely be exact since it would be to determine effects in place

Only with detect magic. It is just interference after all. With spellcraft you may deduce its interference from abjurations close together, but not much else.

i dont think you can even do it without detect magic anyway, at least not without a DM present to tell you

but pretty sure spellcraft checks are non existent and detect magic more or less does half of them
