Thanks for that, at least we can still check our builds with the cached version.

Well, it's limited. I can, for example, find my Public Builds, but only see the First Page, and not any following pages (since the cache won't show All Pages).

So it is better to try and Search by your builds name...if you can remember it.

i am having no luck finding any of my builds in the cache. my minor OCD is really having a hard time without a the map. the intuitive monk builds are on a solid stand-by lol. those are really tightly mapped out and can get confusing even with the builder up.

First run of it with a live vault character of mine. Will mimic the data seen as closely as possible to what NWN2DB had, and have a small area specific to creating builds inside the game server that'll be kept up to date. Web output forthcoming that'll present a link / hash to use. It'll be based on what's in the servervault directory, so any changes are based on what you change the character in the game server test area. (Those test builds cannot escape the area).

While that lovely toy comes about above from the Master AoS, you can in the meantime try to find the cached version of your build through google.

so i have nothing but junk on the cache.... (yes, the builds i gave people publicly were junk :shifty: )

perhaps mick could have given us a heads up to take SS's of our builds.. he prolly did but only to his besties.

pro tip: dont take me seriously. i am having fun with it.

Okay, the link that Blame the Rogue posted above for a temporary—but working—cached NWN2DB builder, has stopped working.

But, you can still get a temporary builder, though without saving. I recommend make the web Build, then make the actual Build in JEGs, and if it works, make screen shots of your temporary web page setup.

So, to always find a working cached yet temporary NWN2DB builder, do the following:

1. Go to Google search.
2. Type in "nwn2db builder"
3. You'll receive a long list, but the first entry should say something like "Builder | NWN2DB"
4. Click the small down arrow next to the link below the text, and select cached.
5. Voila!

Now, it does seem there is some functionality problems—a small few—but the most important thing to do is, before you start, go to the bottom of the page and select Options, and replace "Storm of Zehir" with "Kaedrin's Class Pack." Else you won't have many PrC options to play with.

Cheers! 8-)

Maybe even make it available for download so hosting won't matter so much.

Although we are most likely too late for that, I would contribute some $$ to nwn2db again...
