Yes, you can find them in the Underdark too. Just go to Sshamath's market, there is some male drow merchant that lets you choose between the 'Baldur's Gate' and the 'Beregost' item lists. I forget the name, but just walk around tents... I think the merchant was in front of some blue or purple tent.
