1. the cooldown does not delay your character....
2. It does not cause an AOO if you cast it while the mob is running towards you.

Just use the feat and thank me later

It has 3 second delay and yes I have used it. I've literally mentioned this several times.

Can you describe to me how you use it? I think you are using the taunt skill instead of the feat. There is no 3sec delay
