Their level 4 bonus feat.

Bonus feats are listed on wiki page of guild thief. It doesn't get extra feats on epic levels.

I was actually lucky to grab one of our QC people and test it with them. All epic spells are save vs spells, so no special saves will help.
What exact save (fort, reflex, will) i mentioned on each spell's wiki page.

Two questions concerning Hierophant:

1) Can a Hierophant with Spell Domain use Inscribe Rune with Anyspell/Greater Anyspell to scribe arcane runes for later use?

2) Does Blast Infidel also double the negative damage from arcane spells available from Anyspell/Greater Anyspell, such Vampiric Touch, Negative Energy Burst, etc?

Long story short:
1) No, it just stays "bad strref" in combat log. Either it's unimplemented or intended, is unknown.
2) You can't cast these offensive spells with anyspell/greater anyspell.
At least, i don't see them in list. If you consult me how you got them, i can test it

Does the Hierophant ability [Blast Infidel] apple to the feat [Profane Corruption]?
Likewise, does [Faith Healing] apply to the feat [Sacred Purification]?
They are channeling feats, but appear to be cast in a manner similar to spells, so I am curious.

Is moonblade affected by spell resistance? If yes, how is it affected? Is it checked on the first strike or is it checked for every strike individually?

Hi there. Contrary to wiki description, moonblade is not subject to SR. Tested with lvl 4 cleric vs SR 32 QC.

I didn't actually do super thorough testing, but yeah. The problem is that my test toon had healing domain and, it feels that it matters (basically, 15d6 healing should produce ~48 hp healed, but upon 20+ tests, the average for me was about 56)/ I will test if that actually matters some day later.
That could be lucky rolls, or something else (0 cha mod, so it couldn't affect it).

Can you test Duelward spell please?

It has never seemed to work. Does one need to click on Counterspell first, then cast the Duelward spell? The other way around? Shouldn’t Duelward be able to counter a Gr. Dispel if memorized in the spell book? Is there any way to get it working? Cheers.
