I found something about this, finally, but I need to know if it is accepted on the server. Here is a quote from the 3.5 source book Complete Mage p. 8.
"As beings of pure chaos unconcerned with matters of morality, few slaadi care enough to make pacts with mortals. Some of the most potent of them, however, such as the mightiest of the death slaadi, occasionally empower warlocks for their own unfathomable reasons."
So is it possible then to make a warlock pacted to a powerful slaad on this server?

As stated it wouldn't be a pact but it might be best to send this one to the DM groups as a pm to get the ok... maybe describe the situation in which the warlock would have a reason to have a Death Slaad even interested in him.

The elemental kings and queens are very unlikely to pay any heed towards a lone mortal on an insignificant prime world. Hence, when it comes to elemental pacts, it is some other elemental who might empower a warlock.
Or if your warlock is a Genasi, you could simply expound on your character's innate heritage.
Regardless of the case, the elementals rarely look upon their mortal offspring with favor. Hence, there are terrible prices to be paid. Fire Genasi could be burning up everything that makes him, himself - leaving only fire behind. Earth Genasi could be slowly trasnforming more and more rock like, if you please. Air Genasi would grow need to travel further and further, being utterly unable to settle down, until they too are gone with the wind. A water genasi could be drawn towards water, until... they too dissappear. It is a story of loosing your character's humanity, wrecking havoc and causing misery amongst the people they've lived with.

I'm trying to come up with a good story regarding why would my Wood Elven Ranger take up Shevarash as his deity choice besides the obvious hatred for the Drow. Can the loss and lust for vengeance (Shevarash' domains) be formed around some other race, like Orcs or Demons?

Woho! Another Shevarashean ranger! Well, all the other shevarasheans have a backstory of their village having been raided by drow and only they survived. So they became as ruthless and merciless as any drow ever were. Makes sense, eh?

You elves sure go through lots of villages.
New obscure and minor lore questions from a Gondsman: Has graphite used for writing been invented yet? What about rubber? Or the printing press?

When was the pencil invented?
Some time prior to about 1560, graphite was discovered near Borrowdale, England, supposedly when a large tree was uprooted in a storm, exposing a black substance beneath its roots. The usefulness of graphite as a marking substance was quickly realized. Though the exact date is not known for certain, the year 1565 marks the first record of a pencil consisting of a piece of graphite inserted into a wood shaft, making the first ancestor of today's pencil.

Actually an interesting source.... but that one will never be shared openly and is not for this server because some of the content is explicit in nature and is associated with ERP. This is not the entire book, of course, and I have used information in this non-official resource directly or as a guide. Nonetheless, "Guide to unlawful carnal knowledge" is rated M for mature audiences.
