Members of the the Radiant Heart, Everwatch Knights, and Rocky Creek gathered in Greenest to prepare several empty wagons and begin their way east. Before leaving the merchant guild house, House of Cards, having heard of the massive amount of food being purchased, approached and offered to buy out the food. Their offer was politely declined and the group made their way towards Asbravn.



Upon their arrival, thirty six other wagons were being loaded and prepared to head out. With the inclusion of the wagons brought with them, forty wagons in total began the train towards the city of Baldur's Gate. An unprecedented amount of food had been purchased, which seems to have attracted outside attention. Their journey to Elturel was slow, but quiet. Once they arrived boats were brought forth to ship the wagons south along the waterways. An offer was made by a mercenary group to help with shipping the wagons down river. their offer was declined, knowing them to be ex pirates and from Roaringshore, in addition to the fact they knew about the food and came to Elturel to offer help. The decision to not take their help became the obviously better choice, as the group diverted away from a large menacing group.



The wagons were dropped off along the river, in the Fields of Dead, by the forces of Elturel. There the roads were cleared of an infestation of undead; perhaps another groups efforts to thwart the food. Once cleared, the train of wagons continued on to the city, stopping at the Radiant Heart Keep.

Food for many many thousands of people has arrived. After the food is unloaded, distribution will begin..

The fields and marshaling yard of the Radiant Heart are packed with wagons of food. Several at a time are brought inside the gates in order to be offloaded. While tallies are being counted to record the food, another wagon arrives, this one escorted by clergy and knights of the Radiant Heart bearing the markings of the High Hall in Athkatla. A missive had been sent asking for any aid that could be provided by the headquarters of the Order of the Radiant Heart. The additional food is accepted and added to the food brought from Asbravn.

an amount of food is set aside for the charity organizations that aid the homeless. Many of the temples receive food for those who rely on them for survival. Other food is brought to stalls set up throughout the city. In an effort to improve the city and to not simply dump such a large load of food in to the trade city's market, at the various stalls the people reeving the food are asked to help in certain ways. Some stalls offer a weeks worth of food to a family, in exchange for several hours spent improving the roads or buildings by replacing and laying stone or brick. Some stalls are set up offering a week of food to a family for several hours spent working upon a struggling farm so that there would be food for next year. Other stalls offered a greater amount of food if those receiving it would take up arms and patrol the roads with members of the Radiant Heart Keep in an effort to help clear the roads of bandits and wildlife; With the dangers of the roads being a core part of the problem of the lack of supplies in the city.

Over the next weeks this continues. The unprecedented amount of food is offered to the people of Baldur's Gate. More then two hundred thousand meals are distributed to the people when the food does eventually run out.

Not hesitating much after noticing the elf with the jerky, the hawk lands near Vanira and lets her see the scroll, which was addressed to her.

A courrier arrives at the gates of the Radiant Heart bearing a sealed letter from one Adrian Baker. The courrier stresses that the letter is to be delivered only to the one known as Boots, or in her absence, Lord Aaron Lyonaler.

A courier drops by the Chapterhouse in the early morning mist, a cloaked figure sat on the warhorse, mostly to conceal herself from the rain. The courier has a broach with the symbol of Mystra upon it and hands one of the men at arms a letter, the seal upon the letter the same as the broach - It is addressed to Lord Lyonaler.

A male moon elf is rudely shoved out the the Keep's Gate door and it slams shut behind him.

"Hag!" He shouts out.

The female that shoved him out, was said to have the look of daggers in her eyes and did not so much as say a word back to him. There is a look of confusion on the faces of the men on duty keeping watch. The elf simply shakes her head, chin up, and heads into the Keep to attack a the paperwork dragon that never seems to stay defeated for long.

A newly armored Sean Asen starts a new tradition within the walls of the chapterhouse. Dressed in the full regalia of a knight of The Radiant Heart, he takes to the training field each morning but unlike his previous efforts he now takes to training the men at arms. The senior soldiers who've long served The Order seem to brace when it becomes clear his intention to become involved in their training directly.

The first day's training ends before their final meal, but by then more than a few soldiers have bloodied palms and move sluggishly for the fatigue. The normally quiet knight is unforgiving, demanding exacting perfection from his fellows. More than a few younger soldiers would be offended and shocked by the display, while the older would clearly be mentally preparing for things to become far more difficult.

Derik Ranloss would leave message at the Heart's compound via letter that he would like to speak to Lord Aaron when available.

Vanira steps out of the Keep's gate with Horseshoe's reigns in her hand. On the horse is a sleeping roll and a pack that looks to carry basic supplies needed for a week's journey.

Early in the morning the Radiant Scout left with a weeks worth of provisions a light horse and made his way to the banks of the Chionthar River. Where he established a patrol base. Squire Dusty keeping an eye on the camp. While he and Tally Hawk made the rounds.

For the week they will spend the time clearing out bandits and stay orcs from the Woods of Sharp Teeth. A rain of Red fletched arrows coming out the dense vegetation when ever they made their way into the area. Bodies dragged to a make shift pit for burning later.

Eyes kept on travelers and merchants along this now protected roadway. Within a week another Scout from the Radiant Heart would relieve the Emerald Archer.

After the week, the Radiant Scout is relieved by another scout from the Order. The oncoming scout is briefed on this new more aggressive and skilled Orcs that have taken to the Woods of Sharp Teeth. Specially advised of the powerful haymaker like swings that seems to send people tumbling head over heels.

Due to the numbers the camp Nigel had set up had been dismantled and replaced with a “scout hide”. A concealed position with a few egress points and some traps to serve as an early warning system. The oncoming scout was advise to stick to a surveillance and documentation of Orc movements, equipment, composition of patrols. He was given a Sending Scroll to request aid or give urgent intelligence.

And with that Squire Dusty, Tally Hawk and Nigel returned back to the Baldur’s Gate Charter House.

Valduil Feralen, Squire of the Radiant Heart, Tracker and Scout would be seen leaving the Chapter-house alongside a few others, well provisioned all. His water skin full to burst, his Cloak clean and in great condition, bearing the Emblem of the Radiant Heart, and his Quiver brimming with Arrows.

The retinue, if that is what you wish to call a rather quiet and soft footed folk would head first South and Eastwards towards the River Chionthar. They would stop at various points to Hunt and perform exercises, some of which may seem strange to another traveler upon the road.

If any were to stop and ask, they would receive the same answer.
"Patrolling the Trade-way Eastward, making it safe for folk such as yourself."

The group would stop alongside Nigel's camp, figures switching out, patrolling along the River and back towards the Gate at regular intervals. The others, offering resistance to any Outlaws, Bandits, Brigands or Orcs foolish enough to come within their proximity.

The Grand Knight of the Order of the Radiant Heart can be seen exiting the Keep Courtyard riding upon his silver haired mount, Rook. The Knight leads a company of Radiant Heart soldiers thirty in total south to the Bridge, then east along the river. The company marches in a two sharp lines, a wagon of supplies following behind. They stop upon the point of the river where the new bridge is to be constructed. Camp is set up next to the materials being staged there, near the road leading to Fort Triel. Are they there for extra protection, or otherwise? The soldiers are not talkative about their assignment.

Back and to the left of Rook and the Grand Knight, Horseshoe keeps pace. A swift elven breed, clam and graceful and seems to be as alert as the small elf upon her back. There is a bundle upon Horseshoe's back, though it is packed in such a way, that it is not quite clear what the contents might be. The elf aids in the setting up of the camp, seeming to be no stranger to such tasks. She seems to disappear into the crowd and isn't seen for a time till she is back. None of the soldiers pause or react at all to this, knowing it would occur or simply used to the elf and her shadowy ways and abilities.
